As an Uber Eats driver, I’ve picked up from Taco Rico multiple times, and every visit has been a frustrating experience. The staff always seems completely disorganized—half the time they don’t even realize an order has come in. The place is usually empty with no customers dining in, yet somehow the few takeout or delivery orders they get are a total mess.
There’s a short bald man with tattoos, who I assume is the manager, and he’s consistently rude and unprofessional. I’ve witnessed him yelling at employees right in front of customers. It creates a really uncomfortable environment for everyone.
More than once, I’ve had to cancel orders because they were taking so long. If you’re ordering delivery, expect delays and poor service. Honestly, avoid this location if you can.
Great!

Food is bland with no flavor I ordered the big burrito $18 and pay $8 for only 10 tortilla chips total was $30, the attention by the young lady could be better and more attentive...in other words just go to a real Mexican restaurant

As someone born and raised in Southern California, I’ve had my fair share of great Mexican food in San Diego and LA—and Taco Rico in Kendall did not disappoint. The birria tacos were amazing, the cheese was next-level, the guac was on point, and the margarita was straight fire. If you’re craving solid Mexican food in Miami, this spot delivers.

Today we dined at Taco Rico, and the food was absolutely delicious. I’ve been in the mood for some great authentic Mexican food, and Taco Rico surely delivered. The food was clean, not heavy or greasy, and so filling. My daughter, who is 10, loved it too. I definitely recommend it.

I ordered chicken Loaded Tacos, chicken overcooked. Dry and hard. Beans and rice cold. My husband ordered ground beef Burrito and he said it tasted like gasoline.
No cheese, rice or beans in it. They tossed some lettuce in it. Small basket of chips and enough salsa in tiny portions for about 4 chips. I think they must of changed hands. Certainly not worth spending your money on.
This Taco Rico location is NOT like the other ones. Gables and Pinecrest are not cheap on their portion sizes like West Kendall. What a disappointment.

They gave me the wrong order. I ordered chips and queso and they gave me fries with queso and then when I went to go pick it up after I called the restaurant a young gentleman was giving me attitude did not like it and I’ve been going to this taco Rico over five years I am very disappointed and I got food poisoning and I am never going there again and I never asked for fries at all

It wasn't for me
Portions are very small
The burrito barely contained lettuce and other ingredients besides rice, beans, and chicken. I was only able to find 2 small pieces of shredded lettuce in the whole burrito.
