Bean and rice were cold, taco was tasty and the burrito was also tasty. They didn't give enough salsa and the chips were not the best I have had, not likeky to visit again as there are better places to get a taco, it is better than taco bell but that is no saying a lot
You have to say no cheese or sour cream to considering vegan friendly. No meat alternative, just veggies (green peppers, onions, broccoli, zucchini, and cauliflower). Served with refried beans, not black beans. It made my stomach hurt. Heavy on the oils. 
As someone born and raised in Southern California, I’ve had my fair share of great Mexican food in San Diego and LA—and Taco Rico in Kendall did not disappoint. The birria tacos were amazing, the cheese was next-level, the guac was on point, and the margarita was straight fire. If you’re craving solid Mexican food in Miami, this spot delivers.
