I waited more than 30 minutes for a birria quesadilla. After checking with the cashier who took my order, I waited another 15 minutes and still never received it. To make matters worse, I was not offered a refund or any form of resolution. I used to come here at least twice a week, but after this experience, I won’t be returning. When a restaurant fails to meet basic expectations, the only message customers can send is by choosing to spend their money somewhere else.

1st of all I was so happy eating my food. I ordered thru DoorDash and the food was still hot, not soggy, drippy or ruined they put paper in the box to absorb moisture (THANK YOU).
The portions are hefty, flavors were bursting not too salty (THANK YOU) and the strawberry watermelon Fresca drink quenched my thirst. I wish I would’ve gotten 2. Hope this helps anyone with doubts about getting meal here the pictures don’t do it justice.

Ordered buy one get one free and they literally took one bowl and spilt it in 2, there was barely any food in the container I couldn’t believe it. Wilted salad and brown avocado sauce on the side. Never again

This is one of my absolute favorite spots in Doral, I come here all the time on my lunch breaks, Highly recommend the baja bowl with steak as well as their nachos con todo. Cant say enough good things about Taco Rico Doral
