With so many taco spots to choose from in Wynwood, it can be a bit overwhelming. That said, Tacos Atarantados is a solid and safe choice if you’re in the mood for tacos.
I really enjoyed their take on street corn, which was flavorful and well prepared. The trompo surtido tacos were also a highlight, a great combination of al pastor beef and pork with really nice flavor.
Overall, it’s a reliable taco spot that delivers good food without trying to be overly fancy. Nothing that completely blew me away, but definitely satisfying.
I’ll keep them in my taco rotation.

I would have given this place 5 stars because of the taste of the food, but unfortunately I cannot because of how disrespectfully we were treated.
My wife and I were ordering continuously, with new food and drinks coming to our table every 10 minutes last night, and we were genuinely enjoying our time. Despite that, the waiter approached us with the bill and told us that we needed to pay and leave the table because other people were waiting outside and our table was needed for them.
That is completely unacceptable. I do not care how many people are waiting if I am already a paying customer who is actively ordering and spending money. My wife and I, just the two of us, paid $300 at the table alone. That does not even include the drinks we purchased before being seated while we were waiting for our table.
We felt rushed, disrespected, and unwelcome. For a place that expects customers to spend that kind of money, the service should be far more professional. This experience was extremely frustrating and left a very bad impression.

Was excited to come here after was told they have good music and great tacos. Unfortunately, left disappointed after they tried to scam us by telling us we needed to spend $400 on a bottle. We told them we wanted to eat and order some drinks and they said, we needed to but the bottle. Now, we would not have minded buying the bottle, had they told us sooner, however trying to scam us at the door?! My group and I left. My Taco Bell has great customer service so I went and got tacos there.

Incredible service! The salsa’s are some of the best I’ve had in the states. The tacos are done perfectly. Meat is soft and not chewy/tough and the tortillas are fresh.

Such a great experience, good food, service was beyond expectations with Mar & (Juan the manager) both were always on top of our table making sure we were having the best experience possible. If you love spicy you should check this place and eat. And to the chef: that salsa negra with the smoky flavor is 100out of 10. We definitely be back soon

I’m at the tacos and tequila event and the beef ribeye taco was the absolute best thing I had so full of flavour!! I think Word of mouth has gotten around because the line is now a mile long but I’m going back for seconds. My husband and I definitely will plan to come back and dine at the resturant
