This place is just WAOOOOOOO , we ordered different plates to try a bit of everything and all of them was so so delicious, Chaufa, Causa , Ceviche , Fish Sudado , etc and I don’t know which one was the best one … just come you will LOVE IT !!
I went for business lunch and had ceviche and chaufa rice. The ceviche was so fresh, balanced, it was perfection. Miami has pretty good Peruvian food, I dare to say this was one of the best ceviche’s Ive ever had
The most authentic Peruvian we’ve had in Miami, and everything we’ve had is delicious. The pescado a lo macho estaba buenazo. One suggestion to improve is that the fried yuca is overly homogeneous as if made with yuca flour instead of simple boiled and fried yuca.
