What followed was even more shocking: a Miami Dade County officer approached, but instead of addressing those causing the disturbance, I found myself being wrongfully charged with public intoxication and arrested. It became clear to me that there was a familiarity between the officer and the people at the entrance. This experience was alarming and reveals a serious lack of professionalism and security at this establishment. I urge anyone considering visiting Tap42 to think twice due to these serious concerns about how they are handled the situations and safety of clients.

my friends and i wanted to come in and order some food and drinks. right away we were seated. the server we got had an attitude right away and looked like she didnt want to serve us. when we put in our drinks order, she asked for our IDs and took them and walked away to get verified. She came back and said no. MIND YOU, me and all my friends were 21+. There is no reason why our IDs wouldnt verify. We went to plenty of other spots in the area and our IDs were fine because they ARE LEGIT and AUTHENTIC. She was so disrespectful to us and I feel like she was being age-ist towards me and my friends. What a discriminating moment ever. Literally 0 out of 10, would not recommend ANYONE to come here.

Some great vibes and food during the brunch hours, the coleslaw is some of the best I've ever had. I ordered the hangover sandwich and added a burger patty, it was delicious but it did fall apart as I was eating it so it became pretty messy.
