Locally owned, genuine, fresh mexican restaurant. Great food and good service. Started off with chips. Their blanco cheese was really tasty. Had the fajitas that came with four small flour tortillas, chicken, peppers and onions. Wife had the burrito which was huge. Margaritas were top notch. Watch out for the sauces as they are very hot.Our waitress didn't speak english but our spanish was good enough to make it work. I highly recommend Taqueria los Jalapenos.

great spot to unwind and have some great mexican food! i tried the nachos with barbaqua and they were pretty good. the birra tacos were yummy and the whole place has a certain charm to it.on tuesdays that have a special for ten bux: 3 tacos and an order of elote.
Very little quality in the food. We ordered a steak and the meat had a very bad flavor, as if it had been in the freezer for a long time and they left it out for a long time, almost as if it was going to spoil, we couldn't eat it. The tacos' tortilla is like the one they sell at Walmart with that conservative flavor. The chicharron in green sauce had no sauce, it looked days old, it didn't taste bad but it wasn't good. Ultimately bad experience.
