The food was very good, but the service is definitely something they need to improve. That’s the only reason I wouldn’t buy here again. I asked for some sauce to take away and the person’s response was “there’s self-service here” and I served myself. The problem isn’t that I do it myself, but then what about the tip? Because if someone serves themselves, they should put a machine for that and not a person, and I think the machine would be a little more friendly.

It's very easy to lose customers just because of bad service, I don't even go to eat at the food truck anymore and I try to only order takeout! But even that is not possible, they tell you to wait a moment and the next minute they hang up the phone! It's unfortunate!

We went to eat as a group, first of all they serve you reluctantly, the menu is posted on the Food truck and does NOT have the prices of the food. We ordered without knowing the prices (expensive) and it took more than 40 minutes sitting for another employee to come and tell us that the food had not been made because they lost the order. Very BAD ATTENTION. 👎🏼
Unfortunately I can't rate the food since I didn't even have time to sit down last night to try this place that I wanted so much, I traveled from the beach there just for that. But unfortunately the poor service and apathy of the guy in charge was not the best. Twice I insisted for his attention but it was negative.

I am a tourist visitor in the city, this speaks badly... Be careful with the hours you publish for your business. I arrived at the business at 7:15 and they told me that they would not take my order. Their hours say they are open at 7pm. A customer is never left waiting. The least they could give me was a chair to wait and I would have done it without a problem and in the process they tell you as if you came to ask for the attention of the boy who takes the orders terrible attention rude bad manners annoying they can have a good food an excellent product but they damage it with customer abuse this urgent food truck needs a feminine touch
