The food was very good, but the service is definitely something they need to improve. That’s the only reason I wouldn’t buy here again. I asked for some sauce to take away and the person’s response was “there’s self-service here” and I served myself. The problem isn’t that I do it myself, but then what about the tip? Because if someone serves themselves, they should put a machine for that and not a person, and I think the machine would be a little more friendly.
The food is super good, but the service is terrible and I have been there several times already and all the previous times they have treated me equally badly, it seems like they didn't want to sell, they treat the customer as if they were a pain in the ass to take their orders and Others have often given me my food with something missing.
The food is excellent, but the service leaves a lot to be desired. Customer service is practically non-existent; taking an order seems to be a problem for them, as if they are not interested in selling. Honestly, as good as the food is, I wouldn't go back if they are going to treat customers like a nuisance.
