Just not tasty.

I’ve been going to Taula when two young chefs opened it. Loved their concept of fresh meats cooked on vertical spits! You had the choice of yummy options but their best were crispy potatoes! Then ownership changed but fortunately still kept recipes going for the options and sauces, thank goodness.

However, when I went today, the options like Eggplant wasn’t available for the Mediterranean box but I wasn’t told. I looked at the list of options for Mediterranean box on the revolving screen and that’s how I discovered it. And list was different from printed menu copy. So, just be aware.

They still give you tons of everything as well as chicken. Chicken and other meats were precooked in a heated container. There’s enough for two people for $17, not bad for Miami!

Drove over an hour for this place. Food looks good but the service needs work. I was told that everything on the menu was the same and then suggested I get a bowl…
It’s not horrible but You shouldn’t offer something on the menu that you try to steer away from ordering.

Excellent food — great quality and fair prices! A variety of dishes ranging from $10 to $20, very friendly service, clean space, and a wide selection of drinks. Their cucumber lemonade is absolutely amazing! 100% recommended

We went here for dinner last night and ordered our food to go. The one person working couldn’t bother to get off his cell phone and say hello or anything. Whatever fine. I ordered the Milanesa that is advertised to come with an arugula salad. My boyfriend wanted a bowl with half chicken half beef. The man working said no because it would take too long for him to cook even though they didn’t close for another three hours. Ok that’s fine as well. He got double chicken. Nothing was wrong with my boyfriend’s order. But when I got home my milanesa wasn’t served on an arugula salad it was literally parsley the entire thing was parsley stem and all. Not finely chopped like chimichurri would be… just roughly cut parsley. If you don’t have arugula you should maybe just say that instead of giving someone something they didn’t pay for. My chicken milanesa wasn’t cooked properly and was raw chicken. The only part of my meal I could eat was the potatoes it came with. Definitely not with the $19 just to eat a couple pieces of potato.

Everything was nice, but potato was dry completely like over fried but other than that everything is okay

We ordered the Mediterranean box and the Classic box. The food is so good and tasty! The crispy Potatoes were a highlight for me amidst all the textures.
You get so much food that it’s very filling, so worth the money.
However, disappointing that there is a 3% credit card fee that’s not explained.

My favorite of all the bowl style restaurants. Food is delicious and the variety of bases is a nice break from just rice or salad.
