I really like the vibe of the place. The Milk Teas are good and prices are very reasonable. Nice place to hangout with friends and have boba, they also have game boards but it was too late when we found out about it. Will definitely come back.

Awful, the strawberry milk tea tasted expired, almost like it had alcohol in it. It was really bad and undrinkable, it's super humid and hot in there honestly they should not be open. They're not hygienic and the drinks are awful, would not recommend this place even to my worst enemy. It's not even an understatement how alcohol like tasting and putrid the drinks are, it left an awful after taste.

Tea is good but i was charged twice and staff wasnt helpful, tried to get help from the bank its been more than 10 days no resolution so literallt was charged in total $44 for two bubble teas,

For all my durian lovers, this spot makes an avocado and durian smoothie and it tastes great ! They use fresh durian and avocados! The lady that was working was super nice and helped us have an amazing experience ! 10/10 service! The lounge area and decor inside was very modern and nice, felt like an awesome boba spot to drink and relax. Highly recommend !!

So this place is called T O 5 now and I highly recommend it! I wish I had all the cool pics I took but I did it with Snapchat and didn't save them in time :,((( Their bread is some of the best I have ever had and it's stored in a warming bin. I had the Bánh Mi sandwich and bar none was the best Bánh Mi I have ever had! Super fresh and delicious and that bread though omg!! I told them I like spicy so they gave me a Thai Chile on my plate. There's also a self serve station with sriracha and I believe coconut aminos. They have board games to play if you like too. The place is cozy yet contemporary with benches,,tables etc. Service was fast and friendly by Amy! There's boba and teas which they gave me a free sample of and it was outstanding! They sell fresh homemade kimchi and all kinds of other delights. Definitely will be back!

They are located right next door to pho 79. Upon walking in everyone is so nice. They answered all my questions. They have different dried herbs for teas packaged to take home. They also have some cute merch. In the fridge in the left of the register area they also have premade milk teas you can take home which is super cool. They also have homemade kimchi and garlic chilli spice. I order a taro smoothie with tapioca and passion fruit popping boba. It was absolute delicious. I will be back to try a bahn mi and some of the snacks.

I ordered two passion fruit teas and they took 15 minutes to make it. The girl in the counter was taking orders and no one was helping her. She ended up giving me the wrong order and when I told her, she looked confused. I just needed up throwing my drinks away. And on top of that I gave her a tip. Bad service.
