We love Tea N Bites. The quality of the food is really good and the boba is one of the best I've had in Miami. They also have super good snacks to go with the Boba and it's really affordable. They also have great service, everyone is very friendly and quick.

Everyone was super nice and the service was very quick . Loved loved the brown sugar it's the perfect amount of sweet . The place inside is actually super cute and you can also take pictures in it . Overall the place was really good 100% recommend.

The first time I ordered from here, I was bullied by staff. I was laughed at for my appearance. Today, the staff wasn't mean, but still very unfriendly and unwelcoming.As for the drinks, they aren't that good. They only offer the drinks in a large size, you can't customize the sugar and ice ratios like they do at some places, and the boba pearls are a bit too squishy. The flavor is a little weak / too milky, too. I've ordered the black and jasmine milk teas & brown sugar milk tea.They don't really clean the tables, there were a good amount crumbs on and around them.

“I have to write this review because I feel uncomfortable despite loving to have to drink boba tea at this place. Yesterday evening was my 3 time being served by two girls, I think they names are Ashley and Adriana,I not so sure and the service is terrible. I would place my order, and one of this girl was on her phone ?♀️. Also, the Thai tea I ordered for the third time is the worst I’ve ever had. Honestly, I only will go when I see the guy and the redhead, they prepare it the tea spectacularly. If they’re not there, I’ll withdraw because these girls make you waste your money horribly.”
The service is good. The food is also good. I tired the potato corn dog it was ok the fries kinda tasted like Burger King fries & the dog was white I think it was chicken i didn't like it. I also got a mango smoothie it was delicious I got it with tapioca but I didn't like the tapioca because it was like a gummy.

I got the jasmine milk tea with brown sugar jelly. They didnt even fill the jasmine tea to half the cup, it was basically glorified milk. i tasted absolutely no jasmine tea and just vaguely sweet and watery milk. The customer service was abysmal, very apathetic and rude. The only good things were the brown sugar jelly and the decorations. I am definitely not going to come back here again. Oh yea and the parking lot is really bad, very small parking spots and its all very squished together.

I found that the decorations were pretty but felt that the serving of boba was less than other boba places. It's a standard boba cup but the serving of toppings was less than other places for a single drink. For the price of a single tea plus tip, I felt the serving size could be better. The menu also does not list any sizes or details about the drinks, so I felt misled in what I was ordering. Very cute interior but the product they are selling could use more transparency on the menu and better serving sizes.
