So glad to find a place where customer service isn’t dead and the drinks are bomb. My drink is never overfilled with ice and has the perfect amount of boba. The store is rarely packed so there’s always room to sit and it’s kept clean.

Absolutely fantastic experience! From the moment I walked in, the customer service stood out—lively, engaging staff who made the entire visit enjoyable. It's refreshing to interact with real people who genuinely love their job, especially compared to the robotic service you get at other places.
Now, let's talk about the drinks—they were out of this world! I highly recommend trying the strawberry milk with strawberry boba. I don't even know all the ingredients, but it tasted like pure heaven. The fruit teas were equally delightful, perfectly balanced and refreshing.

They really don't have food just some desserts sodas but they make good bubble teas and the staff is very nice and courteous and the store itself is very clean
Parking: It's in the crossings mall and it has a huge free parking lot and you just walk a few steps to the bubble tea store
Kid-friendliness: Basil desserts smoothies bubble teas all things that kids love and at reasonable prices often I see parents with their kids there getting deserts and bubble teas

I love this place. I have gone a couple times where their system is down and you could only pay cash or they have ran out of boba and that could be inconvenient so maybe call ahead to check. They offer minimal seating so it’s not a place to lounge for a while but other than that I love this place. I will be returning!
