Very bad customer service I had placed an order even texted with someone sent them a picture of what I needed told them how many people for and the day of they say we haven’t prepared it because you never gave a deposit …. I have ordered 4 cakes from them, only once they got the order correct, they have given me the wrong flavor of cake, and also of filling. From the last two orders, the Guava filling has been sour, and the cake has been hard too. I don't know what has happened to them, their quality has gone down the drain. The first time I tried a cake from them was from my Baby Shower, which was delicious, but they lost their touch. I'm not going back to them anymore. Parking is also a pain.I have ordered 4 cakes from them, only once have they given me the cake as I ordered. I have had a bad taste from the Cake Bread, and also from the filling. It is unfortunate that they do not have people with a minimum of knowledge of customer service, the lady with almost orange hair does not have the slightest delicacy in helping the customer and speaks as if she were shouting. I have been ordering cakes for my family and friends there for years and I have never had any feeling as uncomfortable as with that lady, questioning what I was trying to choose with the design. I didn't want to pay more than $100 for a cake but I didn't expect to pay a pittance for it either. He, because I know and recognize the value of the work of the place, but instead of helping and contributing, he made me leave out the door without my daughter's birthday cake. I hope to return because the quality of the cakes is not discussed, but I hope not. to be attended to by that lady again.
