I have ordered 4 cakes from them, only once they got the order correct, they have given me the wrong flavor of cake, and also of filling. From the last two orders, the Guava filling has been sour, and the cake has been hard too. I don't know what has happened to them, their quality has gone down the drain. The first time I tried a cake from them was from my Baby Shower, which was delicious, but they lost their touch. I'm not going back to them anymore. The pastries are very delicious. But the only detail is the attention of more arrogant people. Starting with a lady who is all hateful, like if you are going to ask her, she has no education at all and rather you get angry, I don't know why they have public business and they are not going to serve you with love, I am not saying that they treat us like a king either. but they should treat the clientele well ?

DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE! When i get to the bakery i was told a different price from the price I was told by phone. Before leaving I reconfirmed the time they closed which they clearly mentioned it was at 5:00pm. When i went to pick up the cake, at 3:45pm, the owner said glad you came because we are closing at 4:00pm. I was not expecting that as i had reconfirmed the time. When i picked up the cake it looked unfinished and was not appealing to the eye. I went to Party City and bought additional pearl decorations to finish the cake. When i told the owner she started saying that was what i order which was not and it was clearly clarified, but they did not changed their mind or anything to accommodate the sloppy job they had done. The cake was lacking taste. I had pineapple filing and it did not appear that it had any at all. I would not recommend this bakery to anyone.

DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE! I ordered & paid for a birthday cake that never got delivered, when I followed up no one responded or answered my calls or texts. Days later I was able to get ahold of someone that worked there using a different number & they had an attitude & didn't want to give me my money back when they never provided me a service. They literally ruined my best friends birthday dinner. I'm extremely disappointed & disgusted in this place & their customer service. If I could give them negative stars I would. The absolute worst.
Loved our baby shower cake! They followed all instructions that were given to them to match our honey bear theme. It also tasted delicious. Will definitely order from them again. Cake topper did not come from the bakery but it fit perfect in the cake.

Looks pretty on the outside but their frosty...to fluffy and taste like pure eggs and plastic. Cake flour its ok. Need to improve it.

Pretty excited for this amazing bakery to have found its way . I'm a pretty big Sprinkles fan, and while the cupcakes here are quite different, they are equally delicious. Try the carmel cupcake. Its amazing.
