This was my husband and I's first time staying at this hotel and dining at La Terraza within the hotel. We got there right 6:30pm and we were pretty much the only ones in the restaurant. Very slow for a Friday night. I wanted to order the Mediterranean Rosemary Roasted Chicken. The server informed me that the roasted chicken takes at least 20 mins to make. I was surprised by this considering there was no one else in the restaurant. Why would it take 20 mins?? So I pivoted...
I had just checked in and decided to go for the champagne brunch. I made my reservation and went. The service was amazing and the food was delicious. I really enjoyed myself. I would highly recommend this if you want have a great brunch and excellent service.
