Very poor service from Andrew at Tesla Design District. Was friendly and available up until the moment I placed the order. Then he became unresponsive, dropped 50 IQ points as to no contradict himself, and rude. 0/10 do not buy the Tesla here.

I didn´t like the fact they ask you for personal information just to let you in the store, I find that really unnecessary, is not like their are selling insurance plans

I touched my car the bumper and light when I was parking. It has been 6 weeks. The key was misplaced. The certified mechanics wont see my car without a key. Tesla refuses to make me a key because there is not power on and is against policies. I need to see these policies. "We cant help you, come to get your car now" and they hang up on me.

My mom and I are interested in getting a Tesla to take advantage of the tax credit and this location is the closest to where we live. We just came after work and so we were dressed for work but not super nicely. The salespeople judged us for what we wore and didn't even get up to help us. The woman that came in after us just finished shopping and was wearing designer clothes. They couldn't get up fast enough. Unless you're prepared to wear your Sunday best, don't come here.
This company sucks. They text you whole time to apply for their cars, and if say that 250 fee application usd is refundable until 30th september. So i did the application then they denied my application, now to get the refund is being a nightmare! Until today i did not get it. Take care if tesla sale team says to you that the application fee is refundable!
