We went yesterday and had Emily as our server. We had a great experience we were a large table of woman and had a couple of birthdays. I used to be in the biz figured id leave a great review for Emily because she really really did a great job! The food was great.

Third time in a row - 12/30 at 5pm’ish 9045 SW 162nd Ave, West Kendall Florida location
Ordered the two top shelf Margarita advertised with Patron and a Patron shooter. The shooter was low shelf very horrible tequila that burned the tongue and throat. The smell was not even close to Patron. I drink Patron weekly and can distinguish Anejo versus Silver and other Top shelf tequilas. The manager did not believe me the shooter cannot be anything else than Patron. The employees need to be watched switching out the alcohol for cheaper or this is a common scam to lower cost.

Really bad service today i wanted some peanuts and kiara said she didn't have none when they where cleaning and putting each table peanut then I went grab some for my kid that love peanuts after that they gave me brownie hard that i had ask change it then there throwing water because they cleaning i told i was walking go outside i almost felt how much water they throwing! Any ways this waitress kiara didn't have no interest in helping in us horrible customer service

As a meat lover ,I am very confident saying this place has THE BEST RIBEYE I'VE EVER TRIED, it was very juicy, well-cooked and did not have a lot of fat. Also the service was very friendly and kind despite having full house because of Veteran's Day. Definitely coming back for more of it. Also the bread was amazing, hot and soft...

One of my first and best experiences ever at Texas Roadhouse. My servers name was Franco, he was an excellent and attentive server, one of a kind experience honestly. My husband and I go to restaurants often but only up north does this kind of attention to detail and knowledge gets presented. Btw corporate, his personality needs to match his tattoos. This is probably over exaggerating but we asked him why he needs to cover his sleeves and were surprised to hear that it’s a corporate thing. Like really, it’s 2025! Come on roadhouse! Nonetheless, we definitely want to skip the Kendall location and come to see him!! He’s an absolute gem!!
