Very Bad experience here. My wifes food came out partially, then 20 min. later, the broccoli came, and it was Raw. By that time, her salmon was cold. The server and manager did nothing about it. We also had an issue with getting a refund for an appetizer we had a free coupon for. They said it takes 7-8 days, and to trust them, we will get it. Let's see.

My food was cold when it come to my table.. my wife drink had a bug in it the Manager took it back and tried to offer us another drink. I seen the old guy that makes the bread took a blue towel out of his pocket with the same gloves on that he was making the bread blew his nose did not wash his hands and did not change gloves and put the towel back in his pocket and finish baking the bread With the same gloves on.. The customer service is very bad feel like we were stereotype. A couple came in and sat right down in the server served in their drinks Less than 20 minutes. The server took 30 minutes to come back to serve our drinks and it was not packed and then when she did bring us our drinks she did not give us any scrolls . We had to ask another server. Also, we had two kids. They did not offer us a kids menu. I had to go up to the front and get the kids menu myself. The host was busy on their phone, not welcoming people to the restaurant. They need a new host that will be loving and welcoming.. and also if they were going to do the dances, they need to be into the dances not just doing it and looking sad like they really don’t want to do it.

The food was delicious, as always. However, I'm very frustrated with their online waitlist system. It's supposed to let you check in online and avoid waiting at the counter. Instead, people arriving after me, who didn't check in online, were seated first. I only got a table after asking the staff what was going on. There was no apology offered. This poor experience makes me rate the service as less than one star.

It was a cold day in Miami, and the girl in the middle was telling everyone to wait outside, but when the about 10 people party of her friends/acquaintances walked in she allowed them indoors ( she approached them and hugged them ). She is extremely rude and made many people uncomfortable. The food was great ( bread, meat, and sides). The server was also very good.

We used to come here all the time, and everything was great. As of late, the food is horrendous, the service has gone down to mediocre, as if they’ve just decided to take your money and downgrade the food. I’m done with Texas Roadhouse.
Service is lacking, they never brought the starters but if they wanted to charge for it, the waitress was also lost until it was time to collect.

First and foremost, I would like to express the great service we were given by Tomas, our server. He was attentive, constantly checking in on us, refilling our drinks when needed, and brining my children's food before ours without me asking. It was so appreciated because it gave me time to feed my youngest before my food came. Once it did come, I was able to enjoy eating my food. If my review was for his service alone, it'd be 5 stars. Now the reason as to why it is not. When we entered the restaurant I requested a high chair for my younger daughter. I was told they did not have a table where a high chair could be used. When I pointed at a table that could have a high chair, I was told that that table was closed. Then the hostesses proceeded to tell me why I needed a hight chair and if I really needed one. I then told them yes, I need a high chair, then I was responded back with why not a booster. First off, the hostesses in the front do not know my situation and my child's need for a high chair. I was already adamant that she needed one. There was no need to continue with the back and forth. If I needed to wait for a table that can accommodate a high chair, I would have waited. When finally walked to my table, the hostess did not offer or gave a kids menu for my kids. Thankfully we had a better experience with Tomas. Additionally, it was hard to see the staff do the line dancing bit. They didn't look like they were having fun at all and wanted it to be over.

This place is neglectful. Today my family gathered at Texas Roadhouse to have a good time, member family was visiting us from out state, my son’ girlfriend first meal together and everything was a real disaster since the beginning, first the waitress brought glass of water and silverware dirty, lemonade tasted like poison, cold food, we were five and they served bread for four people. The customer in front of me was pulling a long hair from her food. I will never comeback to this place and I don’t recommend Texas Roadhouse to anyone.

Been here many times, but the last two times have been kind of bad; specially today! Wanted to spend my bday here & it was horrible. Got sat & no bread was brought, food took extremely long & the salads never arrived. Picked a steak for me & it was made for someone else. Very disappointed!
