Super slow service, the waiters get the wrong amount of orders like they aren’t really listening when one is ordering. Overall wouldn’t recommend unless you want wrong orders and very slow service, a lot of hours of wait. They take forever!

What a horrible service we walked in around 9pm on Wednesday night sat on one of the tables waited for about 15 min with the menu in our hand wasn’t even busy (no wonder) the staff sitting at the bar not even an eye contact. the worst it will not surprise me TGI closing restaurants not because of the economy is because the horrible service after waiting decided to leave went to PF Chang

Filthy... food was suspicious and the service was bad. I see people leave and I was so dusted I didn't stop to think about just paying attention to my surroundings.Edit: the glassware was not washed, and they charge you an automatic service fee. AVOID

Me and my family went to Fridays on Memorial Day weekend the lovely bartender name Stephanie suggested these drinks and they were delicious. We will definitely be back soon.

Service was slow. Which I would understand if the restaurant was full but it wasn't the case. Food was delicious though. Didn't like the drink. It tasted like medicine to me.

WOW! AMAZING! UNBELIEVABLE! Just a few ways to describe Fridays service... From the hostess to management it is definitely definitely the best experience I have had and continue to hear from others... The food has gotten so much better from years back... Definitely one reason for it is managers like Julian Peralta... He is consistently making sure the kitchen is putting out great dishes... Seems as though there is never a complaint from customers... If they happen to experience something wrong, Julian makes absolutely sure his staff corrects the problem, on the spot... He makes the customer feel extremely important... Very rare in this business when you have so many customer coming in and out, given the location in a mall... It is extremely busy throughout the day, however, Julian seems to have his staff ready and motivated to push beyond their limits... It is a rarity to fine manager in that position doing whatever it takes to make that customer important and serviced, while at the same time keeping the staff motivated doing their job... Was not too thrilled the first time I walked into this Fridays, only because there are Fridays I have gone to where the service is much less than mediocre... However, I will definitely praise Julian for the job he is doing... Eat there frequently and every time try to make sure that he is available, because it is reassuring that the service with be phenomenal...Did not mean to go ranting and raving, but honestly I take the time when it is worth it...THANK YOU FOR ALL THE HARD WORK YOU DO, JULIAN... It definitely does not go unnoticed... And furthermore, you do not disappoint with countless of people I tell to go and try experience the service at this Friday...

My husband and I stopped by Fridays during our shopping trip at Dolphin Mall and our experience was excellent! The staff was attentive and kind and we were sat right away. The food was hot and deliciously prepared to our specifications (my husband is vegetarian). The restaurant manager stopped by our table to ensure all was well and she was very kind and accommodating! We’ll definitely be returning to this location when shopping again.Vegetarian options: We were very pleased with the vegetarian options.

Slow service and poor attention towards delivery driver. PS- Asked Bartender for help after waiting for 5 mins since there was no hostess and starting making fun of me when I said like 5 mins instead of 5 mins and continued to laugh. Place needs to be retrained. (Will change review if place gives better service as time will tell.)

Located at the Dolphin Mall, this restaurant sits adjacent to the mall amongst a host of other restaurants.Overall a great set up. Since we dine at TGI Fridays in our travels, this experience was by far the worst we’ve experienced thus far.First, let me say that The staff was wonderful. Due to resources, we had to wait 20 minutes to be seated in a nearly empty restaurant. Didn’t matter we were part of the Stripes Rewards program as VIP members. What I found ironic is that to be so understaffed, employees (Manager included) still found time to be on their cellphones and just congregating in common areas nonchalantly.The food. We had to send back and get a new Caesar salad because the lettuce was brown, and the burger ordered medium-well was so pink.The 2 stars go directly to our waiter who remade our salad herself, went back and made sure the burger was done properly, and consistently checked on us.I can only imagine what the place is like during prime time.

went after my daughters ring ceremony on a Thursday night. The restaurant was pretty empty and it took them 15 minutes to sit us. We ordered appetizers and it took over 30 minutes to get. The main courses took even longer. The food was not very good. The service was horrendous. I spoke to the waiter and explained all the issues we had and he just said "hopefully next time you come it will be better...WTH!!!!

This has to be the worst $90 I spent on food in my life. The staff is trying BUT the restaurant is completly short staffed. Not only is it short staffed but , quality of drinks and food are subpar even for a Fridays. Mind you this is the 2nd facility I visit with the same experience it is sad to see a chain go down.

We arrived at 11 am (opening time). We were in no rush, on vacation and just killing time waiting to go to airport. We stood inside at the podium for 10 minutes while 2 employees walked by us. Finally seated, and the only customers there, waited another 20 minutes for a waitress to come take our order. We get our drinks and order food. It was 12:09 when we received our food. A bit excessive, seeing we were the only ones there. I ordered loaded potato twists? I believe. They looked disgusting. Brown, old, something that looked like shriveled up spinach on top. I wish I would have taken a pic. Anyway, tried them and they were soggy and tasted like straight grease. Terrible. My whisky sliders were decent, sauce was gross so did not add that. Fries were good. Daughter had a queso fry burger ordered well done. Was not well done. After picking at our food, we waited another 20 minutes for a check. $48 for terrible food. I was so disappointed.
