This has been a go to local restaurant for many years (at least 10), our group has been here twice this year but never again. The tall male waiter was very rude regarding the restaurant being licenced (apparently since November BYO wine only) on the 2 occasions this year we have bought our drinks and consumed these without anyone saying anything about the new rules, no drink menu either until last night. There were 6 of us and we all ordered together on the tablet system my meal arrived when almost everyone was finished their meal ( the meal had salad when I ordered veges and had to go back to kitchen to fix this, by then the chips which came with the meal were cold) However the remainder of the meals were ok, but for a Saturday night not many customers ( on previous occasions has been packed on Friday/ Saturday nights. The last visit we had the customers next to us were leaving as we were ordering and commented that there food was disgusting never to return. I would not recommend this restaurant as there are many more around the area that are way above anything provided by this establishment, you have done a great job of turning many locals away from a once thriving restaurant. Good luck with your mediocre food and staff members with bad attitude/service you won't be there long!!!!!!!

The meal was a good portion but did not listen to Oder as food came with cheese which I dislike. Garlic prawns were lovely and a limited alcohol menu. Food came quickly unfortunately you over look a car park.

My family and I went to your restaurant on Wednesday night and had a terrible experience. We ordered the half dozen oysters that were apparently ‘fresh’ and 3 of us shared them. When eating one I noticed they were warm. My partner had 1 and my brother had 2. We also ordered the calamari, pizza and pasta dishes.
An hour and a half later after eating this oyster I was in severe pain with my stomach and was throwing up constantly until 8am the next morning. I had to be taken to the emergency department at Robina hospital because of this. They were able to help me but even a day and a half later I’m still in pain and can not stomach much food. They said I had got food poisoning. My brother woke at 11pm with the same symptoms, just not as intense and also my partner. I was up on holidays visiting my family and my last day there was horrible. I will never be visiting your restaurant again and I hope you properly train your staff in how to handle food and make sure that when serving oysters they are not warm and are kept cold.
Last nite we visited that’s Amore in Miami gc. We have been there many times but since introducing their table ‘online ‘ ordering system the service is even better . The range of pastas and pizzas are consistently good and from our table of 9 no one went home hungry or disappointed. We also had veggie and GF requirements which weren’t a problem .as always I look forward to to returning to that’s Amore and recommending it to friends and family

Got take away Pizza here and it was terrible, burnt and dry and they must have known. For the amount money - should be ashamed of themselves. Better off ordering dominos and that’s saying something!

For a restaurant that was fully booked on a Saturday night I was appalled by the woeful service. There was a definite shortage of staff. We were give our ordering note pad and then left on our own. We had to ask for cutlery and napkins twice and our water jug was never poured nor refilled. I guess they figure with the ordering note pads they don’t need to attend to a table and offer any service. Our food was great, but the service let down our dining experience.
