Absolutely a trash place. No service and so called manager needs to take management classes. They are in the business of stealing your credit card numbers. Stay away from this place.

Review Crab du Jour Address: 3201 N. Miami Ave, Suite #106 Miami, FL 33127 I cannot honestly say that I have never tried to eat in a worse restaurant anywhere in the world. The place is a franchise operation that offers seafood and crawfish, and we went there for boiled crabs or crawfish. We ordered one dish of each and to call the food terrible would be an understatement. Both the boiled crabs and crawfish were not fresh live ingredients when they were boiled, and the flavor was sickening and did not have even the smallest flavor of crawfish or crabs. The only edible portion was boiled potato and corn. The crawfish were frozen or some other means but were not fresh when they were boiled. I am a native of South Louisiana and a Cajun, and I can say that if you tried to serve the rubbish that CDJ is serving, you would be skinned, tarred, feathered then hung by your toes until death. The poor waitress tried to provide service, but she was obviously lost like a doe deer looking into the headlights of a car. I asked the waitress to call the manager so that I could talk to him. He came to our table quickly and apologized and said that corporate sends the poor excuse for crawfish to them so that people in Florida may not have been exposed to boiled crawfish. He offered to take the crawfish off the bill. This of course just added insult to injury. I would rate this establishment a negative five on a scale of five. The inside of the restaurant is dark, and dungy, and looks like a sports bar that died and when to sports bar hell. It is full of televisions showing sporting events. If you value your intestines and your life do NOT go to this sad excuse of a restaurant. I would also suggest that the establishment change the name from Crab du Jour to Crab de Feces!

We tried to have a dinner yesterday night. The music was very loud and bass so strong there were vibration on our seats. We asked them to stop this kind of music and reduce the bass, if not we were obliged to leave. They refuse. Then we left. I don't know how was the food but if it was as good as the waiter at the entrance, we probably avoid an awful dinner

I was a nice vibe at the midtown location. They were playing some nice music inside. The staff was friendly and the food was good!Big place with lots of big screen TVs. Good place to watch sports or go on date.

Recently had a few drinks at the bar with my wife, her brother and his girlfriend. The bar staff was fun and engaging. The problem was, the bongo player, saxophone player and DJ were so F*ing loud. No one could have a conversation. We had to tell our drink order to the bar staff. Then to make matters worse, the bongo player was walking on top of the bar where we were drinking. WTF! Needless to say we will not be back. Sorry bar staff. You were cool and all, but the musicians ruined it for us.

To expensive for the product. For this price it’s better a real crab house ( real fresh ) restaurant. My first time and my last time.

Past Sunday we visited the Kendal location for lunch, we were a party of four, time, between 2:30 and 3 pm, the place had some 6 to 8 tables with customers, the place is big and previously was used by other restaurant. The waitress took our order for drinks and we ordered two appetizers, when drinks came mine was lacking some salt and lime juice which I let the waitress know, then we placed our order of 2 crab bisque and one clam chowder, 1 fried shrimp po-boy, 1 fried fish po-boy and 1 buffalo wings po-boy, several minutes later the lime for me to squeeze came, and several, several minutes later after reminding the waitress, the salt came and then the entrees and the waitress was reminded again, about the bisque and chowder and they came after we had started the main dish. Appetizers, chowder, bisque and main dishes ALL were bland, only the Cajun fries had some flavor, I requested a beer that came when I had finished my main dish and after reminding the waitress again of it. If the restaurant had been full or with more clients we would have understood but we found no excuse for this kind of service.

The experience overall was great, the staff was super nice, the front desk was very welcoming, the food quality was very tasty and food quantity was very good. The place is great overall but the decoration and music could improve. Will definitely recommend and comeback. If you love seafood and a quick bite, this is the place to come and have a good time. There is not so much parking spots so expect to walk a little.

Food & service was amazing! If they ask what flavor/spice level you want get the medium or higher, mild doesn't give it justice. The house sauce too. We're not one for spices, but wow, delicious. It comes in a blown up bag & they toss it in front of you. How cool. Kinda pricy, but it's seafood; what do you expect. $$$
