I dined here on Valentine’s Day and was extremely disappointed with the service from the start. When we arrived at the valet parking lot, the two attendants were very rude and told us we couldn’t park there because the restaurant was closed. We explained that we had reservations, and they reluctantly let us in but not before sighing, complaining, and saying to each other that it was “fine as long as we leave a tip.” That was incredibly unprofessional. I brushed it off, assuming it was just valet and that the experience inside would be better. Unfortunately, it only got worse. After being seated, our waiter greeted us by sighing and immediately telling us how long his night had been and how tired he was. He then rushed us to order entrees before we had even had a chance to properly look at the menu or order drinks. Then we overheard him telling the table next to us that he was supposed to go home but had been “stuck” with our table. Having experience in the service industry myself, it was clear he was trying to rush us so we would finish around the same time as his other tables, which were already wrapping up, so he wouldn’t have to wait on us as his last table. Before we received our food, he informed us that another server would be finishing our dining experience. Shortly after the new server introduced himself, our food arrived. The original waiter then returned and attempted to close out our tab even though we hadn’t taken a single bite yet. Thankfully, Stanley, our new server, was excellent and handled the remainder of our evening very professionally. He was attentive and made the best of an unfortunate situation. We had been wanting to try this restaurant for a while, but after starting our experience the way we did, we won’t be returning. I felt rushed and anxious the whole night. The prices simply do not match the level of service we received.

We recently visited The Capital Grille in Brickell and had a great experience overall. Our server, Giancarlo, was very attentive and provided excellent service. We ordered the bone-in ribeye, bone-in filet mignon, and pan-seared scallops — all delicious. The food took a bit longer than expected, likely because it was Valentine’s Day and very busy. Manager Diego Adrianzen stepped in, took care of our table, and made sure everything came out promptly. The Capital Grille is a bit pricier than some places, but you definitely get what you pay for in quality and service.

Although we only stopped by for a glass of wine and a dessert, the experience was excellent. I enjoyed a delicious port wine paired with a spectacular coffee dessert, perfectly balanced and presented.
What truly made the difference was the service. Leo took wonderful care of us: attentive, friendly, and very professional at all times. He made us feel welcome and well taken care of, even on a short visit.
Definitely a place I would return to for the full experience. 🍷✨

Terrible expereince 2/1/2026 we took are friend for dinner and it turned out to be a disaster. The server was attending too many tables and we suffered beacuse of it , he took for ever to take our order, serve water and drinks but the worst part was our friend order a filet mignon medium wi salt on the side and when the brought his steak it had salt already on it and I am mean a ton of SALT ! he returned the steak and a few minutes later the brought back the same steak and asked him to CUT the top and button of the steak and try it. That was a first for all of Us. The server took it back and brought another steak to him but by this time what was supposed to be a nice Dinning experience it was spoil . Never again .

For someone like me who doesn’t arrange large dinner parties often, working with Beatriz and her team made my event flawless. The room fit my needs perfectly. They worked with me to develop a menu appropriate for my guests. Service was timely and silent as we enjoyed our dinner and lively conversation. And I was not disappointed with the food. Everything was delicious. As always The Capital Grill delivered.

Outstanding steaks and top-notch service from Erik made our dinner truly extraordinary. The cheesecake is the best in town! We highly recommend this place and will definitely be coming back. A true highlight of our Miami visit.

It was our first time going here to celebrate 9 months until we get married as well celebrating our engagement photos. The experience was absolutely amazing. Everyone was so friendly, helpful and very welcoming. Our server John was fantastic very friendly and super helpful and explained the menu. To celebrate our milestone they gave us complementary champagne. My fiancé got herself a Noble Paloma to drink. For our appetizer we got Pan-Fried Calamari with Hot Cherry Peppers very delicious to start off with. For our entrées we got the “Chef Recommends” Sliced Filet Mignon* with Cipollini Onions, Wild Mushrooms and Fig Essence it was one of the best steaks we've had in awhile absolutely delicious cooked to perfection (medium rare) and had the Lobster Mac ‘N' Cheese to go with it. To end it they also gave us this amazing celebration dessert I believe was chocolate mousse and a cheesecake. Loved the experience we had here and we'll absolutely come back again!

We came here to celebrate our anniversary and had a lovely experience overall. The service was excellent from the moment we arrived, with a warm and welcoming greeting. The food was very good, and we ordered several appetizers—though I wouldn't recommend the bacon/pork belly. The server surprised us with a thoughtful anniversary dessert, which was a really nice touch. I did have a small issue with my salad, as it was supposed to include beets and goat cheese and both were missing. Despite that, the service was attentive and the food overall was enjoyable. We had a great time and would definitely recommend this place.
