It was our first time going here to celebrate 9 months until we get married as well celebrating our engagement photos. The experience was absolutely amazing. Everyone was so friendly, helpful and very welcoming. Our server John was fantastic very friendly and super helpful and explained the menu. To celebrate our milestone they gave us complementary champagne. My fiancé got herself a Noble Paloma to drink. For our appetizer we got Pan-Fried Calamari with Hot Cherry Peppers very delicious to start off with. For our entrées we got the “Chef Recommends” Sliced Filet Mignon* with Cipollini Onions, Wild Mushrooms and Fig Essence it was one of the best steaks we've had in awhile absolutely delicious cooked to perfection (medium rare) and had the Lobster Mac ‘N' Cheese to go with it. To end it they also gave us this amazing celebration dessert I believe was chocolate mousse and a cheesecake. Loved the experience we had here and we'll absolutely come back again!

We came here to celebrate our anniversary and had a lovely experience overall. The service was excellent from the moment we arrived, with a warm and welcoming greeting. The food was very good, and we ordered several appetizers—though I wouldn't recommend the bacon/pork belly. The server surprised us with a thoughtful anniversary dessert, which was a really nice touch. I did have a small issue with my salad, as it was supposed to include beets and goat cheese and both were missing. Despite that, the service was attentive and the food overall was enjoyable. We had a great time and would definitely recommend this place.

It had been a while since I was last here, but went with my wife for lunch over the holiday weekend and was reminded of the beautiful dining room, the impeccable service, and the always consistently high quality of the food. We both loved it all. At the front desk, they even remembered that it was our anniversary and delivered a beautiful (and delicious) dessert on the house. The shrimp were typically large and robust, the steak filet was perfectly cooked and delicious, and I always love their fresh lobster salad. I only wish I had been hungrier. Cocktails were excellent and beautifully served and the wine list is terrific. I really can't say enough. One of my business partners call this the "civilized" dining experience for business lunches. He could not be more on target!

Had an amazing time!! Jesus took care of us along with another gentleman and they were fantastic! The manager Diego also passed by and made sure everything was going well. Everyone was super attentive and the food was incredible.
Celebrated an early birthday, the Capital Grille team was on it with no notification. Had a decorated table and card waiting. The meal was excellent, as usual.

We had the Wagyu burger and wine experience, which was well worth it. Unfortunately, my experience went downhill when I was leaving and saw a dog inside the restaurant sitting in a booth. This is not hygienic. There is outdoor seating available, which would be a more appropriate place for your fur babies.

Diego is an exceptional server. Food was expertly cooked and served piping hot. Only suggestion. Please bring back the sourdough rolls. Capital Grill remains one of the finest steak house in all of South Florida.

We visited The Capital Grille in Brickell last Wednesday at noon, expecting a premium dining experience that would match the restaurant’s reputation and prices. Unfortunately, the service was far from what one would expect. Our waiter came to the table cleaning his hands with a napkin and then threw it over his shoulder before offering assistance. When we asked, politely, if that was how he usually greeted guests, he became upset, turned away, and told the manager he would not serve our table. Instead of an apology, the manager came over only to justify the behavior, saying it was “common for waiters to clean their hands and place the napkin on their shoulder.” It was a very disappointing experience for a restaurant that claims to deliver first-class service. There are plenty of great grills in Brickell where customers are truly valued and made to feel comfortable; this, unfortunately, was not one of them.
