We recently visited The Capital Grille in Brickell and had a great experience overall. Our server, Giancarlo, was very attentive and provided excellent service. We ordered the bone-in ribeye, bone-in filet mignon, and pan-seared scallops — all delicious. The food took a bit longer than expected, likely because it was Valentine’s Day and very busy. Although we only stopped by for a glass of wine and a dessert, the experience was excellent. I enjoyed a delicious port wine paired with a spectacular coffee dessert, perfectly balanced and presented.
What truly made the difference was the service. Leo took wonderful care of us: attentive, friendly, and very professional at all times. He made us feel welcome and well taken care of, even on a short visit.

For someone like me who doesn’t arrange large dinner parties often, working with Beatriz and her team made my event flawless. The room fit my needs perfectly. They worked with me to develop a menu appropriate for my guests. Service was timely and silent as we enjoyed our dinner and lively conversation. And I was not disappointed with the food. Everything was delicious. As always The Capital Grill delivered.
