Plate served was not what I Ordered, Chicken Kaso. Diego, our server did not visit the table at all after bringing the plates. As I have been though, I ate my dinner. Tab time Diego approached the table. I posed the question: plate with chicken and mashed potatoes, plate ordered had rice: his reply was”But you ate all” also, he was sweating profusely, neither my wife nor I had any knowledge of anything, but my wife brought it to his attention, apparently he was not in acceptance of or comment. Food was cold and less on volume as previously served.

We had the absolute worst service at this location. Our server did not introduce themselves, just walked up and said are you ready to order? When we finished they barely even confirmed our orders and walked away. When he came to bring our drinks we both thanked him and he ignored us. He did not come to check in on us once after and we waited 15 minutes for our check. The staff at this location was so rude, such a disappointing experience.

Very poor experience. We waited over an hour for our food and it never came. After such a long wait, we had no choice but to cancel our order.

We were dining with small children who were starving and crying nonstop due to the excessive delay. To make matters worse, we brought our concern to the manager and not only was nothing done, but there wasn’t even an apology, showing a complete lack of empathy and professionalism.

Completely unacceptable for a restaurant of this level. A very disappointing experience and we will not be returning.

Huge menu (over 200 items), low calories menu, and more than 30 varieties of cheesecake.
Staff is friendly and knowledgeable in multiple accounts. I personally recommend trying appetizers such as New Orleans-style shrimp, ricotta bruschetta, and avocado bruschetta instead of focusing solely on the cheesecakes, which are noted for high calorie content (1500 cal for one US portion, but so generous that with one portion you can share amongst 4 European to say the least).
Food made from scratch, and consistent quality. Food is good and filling without being exceptional.
The location is at the Dolphin Mall, convenient for shopping or waiting near Miami International Airport. The restaurant operates daily with extended hours on weekends (typically 10:00 AM to 10:00/11:00 PM). Excellent pick-up point for Uber.

Very good staff service, very busy but good atmosphere and clean. I would recommend cleaning the restrooms more frequently when busy. The arrived fast, hot and tasty. The restaurant is adjacent to a very nice large mall with all types of outlets, other shopping, entertainment and other restaurants.

The hamburger and sandwich were really delicious. But waiting in line for 15 minutes and then 55 minutes for the food to be prepared was really frustrating. 😳
