Our server, Angel, was amazing!!!
Went for a celebration dinner with my mate. Had a lovely time. The server was super nice and accommodating. Food was great! I had the Chicken Piccata dish. Loved it! Went during a week day evening so the typical crowd was nowhere around.
Cheese cake was delicious.

“We had an awful experience at The Cheesecake Factory on Miami Beach Lincoln road. We purchased a $100 gift card, but the waiter took an extra $10 from it without our consent. When we spoke to the manager, she refunded the $10 but offered no additional compensation for the stress and inconvenience this caused us. It felt like we were robbed, which is extremely serious and unacceptable.
Later that same evening, we returned to the restaurant for dinner. I had a reward for a free slice of cheesecake or lager cake for my birthday, which is a standard benefit offered to customers. However, the same manager refused to let me claim the specific type of cake I selected, saying it wasn’t eligible—even though I was entitled to it. I was absolutely correct, but she still denied me the reward. She can’t do her job at all!!!!
This happened on wednesday
This level of unprofessionalism and poor treatment is shocking and disappointing.
