I won't bury the lead: this is the best burger in Miami. I've tried all of the big names and none of them are as good. I won't name drop because the others aren't bad. In fact, they're great which just speaks to how good TCB is. Every time I've gone, the burgers have been perfectly seasoned, the buns are amazing, the bacon jam is on point, and the TCB sauce is perfect. I personally go for the Smash n' Jam and my wife gets the TCB burger. You really can't go wrong with either. The Cajun fries are also great and surprisingly travel pretty well given they're seasoned and sauced up before they're served.
If you're more of a chicken person, they have great hot chicken as well. It's crunchy and has a good kick but nothing that will make you uncomfortable if you like spice. All of the food I've tried is great. Thank God they're only open Wednesday - Sunday or I'd be a human sized bowling ball by now. Add great, fast service, good pricing, and supporting a local business to the incredible food and there's no way to be disappointed. Highly recommend giving them a try.
