I had a really great experience, I’ve been at the citadel a couple times but I’ve never been a the rooftop. The experience was really nice but what made it was our servers Sherice and Louis. They were very welcoming and provided stellar service. Very great energy

The Citadel offer many options for food and drinks. I had the pleasure of Luis as my Server. He recommended the honey jerk chicken bowl along with the Rigatoni alla Vodka and I had it with chicken. He was very attentive and funny with his jokes. Totally recommend him as a server and the bartender was also good.

A great food court area with a high end thrift shop and a kids play gym inside one large space. There is also a roof top bar/restaurant area with a nice view. The food options are great and range from Haitian food, poke, latin, Italian, to Asian cuisine. There are also dessert options. You can order at various locations food court style and each location has a different way to let you know your food is ready (like a buzzer or a text message). On game days they play games live on the giant TVs in the seating area, there is also a sit down bar on the first floor if you just want to grab a cocktail and enjoy the space.

Citadel - you need to read the last rites to some of your food service outlets. Their stabsards have dropped drastically from a year or so ago.
It is not hard to serve good wholesome food and charge appropriately. People come out to enjoy good food but feel ripped off when the food they order or blah!
Bowl of rice with lemon grass chicken was super fresh and superbly presented but the grilled chicken had no flavour and the lemon grass was no where to be seen.
The middle eastern bowl with beef was yummy but everything else incl cous cous was icy cold.
You have a great venue time to lift standards.

On a weekend, this place was definitely busy but not overwhelmingly so. The selection of food was great, the issue was the lack of seating and a lack of utensils, which is kind of an important part of this whole thing. Can absolutely recommend the kale Cesar and any of the pasta dishes but I'll be going back to try the ice cream.
