The wings were very good. Above average. The croquettes were extremely small. Imagine taking a normal croquette and cutting it into 3. I was definitely underwhelmed after spending $8 plus tax and 18% service charge. You would be better served ordering anything else.
Upscale hotel bar resembling the decor of an old library- lighting on the dimmer side (to set the right mood), a fireplace, bookshelves, etc. The service is great, and the bartenders know their way around craft cocktails. The food served comes from the hotel restaurant- it is decent. The best is their happy hour menu, which offers select bites and classic cocktails for $8 each. They are good. My husband and I recently discovered this gem. We live close by and have spent many Friday or Saturday nights at The Commodore in the past couple months. Great atmosphere, remarkable vocalists, fantastic bar bites, well-crafted cocktails, and some very amazing service from wonderful and warm people: Stephanie, Mario, Erika, and Christian.
