A Lifesaver! The Cookie Bandit Delivers Beyond Expectations!
I cannot express enough gratitude for Lisa at The Cookie Bandit. She is, quite simply, a superhero! I was in an absolute panic when another cookie vendor in Miami completely ghosted me less than a week before a crucial corporate kickoff event. It was July 3rd, 8:30 PM, and I was frantically calling businesses from my home in Kansas City, Missouri, with little to NO hope.
Then, Lisa answered the phone. I was stunned. Not only did she pick up so late, but she immediately put me at ease. She listened intently, understood every single detail of my urgent request, and chatted with me thoroughly about what was needed. It was clear she genuinely cared. We were on the phone for almost two hours working through all of the details of the vision I had for the cookies!
Working on a holiday, Lisa went above and beyond to create the most beautiful and perfect cookies for our event. But her dedication didn't stop there. She drove over 70 miles from her place of business to personally hand-deliver them, ensuring each cookie was individually wrapped with care. Her thoroughness and kindness throughout the entire process were truly exceptional.
Everything happens for a reason, and I'm honestly so grateful that the other company fell through, because it led me to Lisa and The Cookie Bandit. The cookies were a huge hit, and the service was unparalleled. Thank you, Lisa, for saving the day and delivering such beautiful, perfect cookies! You've earned a customer for life!

I swear to you, the owner of this business has multiple personalities disorder or is bipolar one of the two.She is super rude and impolite and changes moods within the same phone call two or three times.Besides that, if the product was good that is an actitud anyone could kind of “tolerate” for the sake of a good cookies but holly Jesus these must be the worse cookies I have tried in my entire life (and I’m 42) ?They are HARD, tasted stale like if they had been in the freezer for 255 years and unhealthy.Presentation looked like a 3 yrs. old had put it together.Definitely not the impression you want to give your guests.Also, if you care about your dietary habits STAY AWAY from this sugar bomb. It will destroy your values for weeks.

I would definitely recommend this company, there was a small issue in the beginning with a delivery but Lisa’s customer service was top notch. I contacted her and she corrected things right away even though it wasn't expected from my end. The desserts were awesome especially the brownie and cookie combo. Nicely packaged and fresh products.
