Over $100 spent and the fries were missing. No excuse, no fix—just pure incompetence. In fact tried to blame it on Door Dash. DD had nothing to do with getting an order wrong. If you can’t get a basic order right, you shouldn’t be taking money.

Adam said "you will see a refund within 5 minutes". That was 4 days ago. I guess that was just to get off the phone. No type of refund issued.

I have been going there for years. The quality of food has gone down greatly. I don't appreciate that they have doubled the prices but then short-change you on crackers. It has always been pricey, but now it is ridiculously expensive for frozen fish. Then, they want to charge you for using credit card and have the audacity to recommend tips 20%, 25%, & 30%. I will not return.
