I bought a Cofee
1st the Cofee was terrible , i asked for creamer they only have half and half they didn’t offer ask me what happened the flavor the coffee un tasteful she is not polite I bought around 5:30 I trash it

I went to the location at terminal E at Miami airport. The staff was completely rude and disgusting towards us. My wife and parents went to get a few cups of coffee. The staff were in the middle of the conversation and they were immediately angry they were interrupted to DO THEIR JOB! My wife asked for creamer for 2 coffees and they gave her only a few. I said this won’t work I don’t like black coffee and I like more creamer because I don’t care for some coffee at certain places. I went up and asked for more creamer and she gave me one. I asked for more and she slammed two more in my hands. That was completely rude and disrespectful and those two girls should not be working in the public.it is completely uncalled for to be hateful and rude to customers!

Was not impressed at all with the food or service. The food was just okay. The staff were rude and not helpful. They didn’t ask if we were together, wanted more than one thing, or talk to us much overall. They let us pick one item on the menu and told us to move. When we asked for something else, they seemed almost annoyed.

This was the most disgusting bagel I’ve ever put my mouth on it went directly to the trashcan then I watch five other people trying to eat this and they did the same thing I advise you not to visit

I should have known not to buy the panini when I saw it was pre-made and under a heat lamp. It was soft, wet, smushy, and tasteless. Shame on me for not checking the reviews first.

I’m sitting here on the airplane starving, because I took three bites out of the California Turkey bagel sandwich that was too terrible to eat. The bread was flavorless, dense yet oddly soft, it seemed undercooked. The turkey and the rest of the ingredients were equally flavorless. $14 waste of money.

I ordered a Caprese sandwich which pictured tomatoes, but it was made with red bell peppers instead. The dressing was put directly onto the bread (both sides) which made the sandwich very soggy. They used a plastic knife to cut the bread, so the bread was mangled. The same knife was used for a sausage sandwich and then my vegetarian Caprese, gross! Lastly, hot chocolate was on the menu, but they didn’t have any. Overall just very disappointed.

What a crappy establishment. The lady at the counter is the worst. Screwed up my order 3 times. It's 3 bagels and a coffee. If you weren't gift-wrapped a monopoly in an airport, you'd go out of business in 2 days. Congratulations on your incompetence.

Sadly there were ZERO things available for vegans to eat. All they had were a few snack bars to offer. Wouldn’t recommend coming here. Friendly staff though.

This is literally the worst Bagel and coffee I've ever had. Not to mention the price and how long it took. $5.30 for a Bagel that is stale and you have to butter it yourself. Wish I had looked at reviews before I waited in that slow line.

Quick service for a $4 drip coffee, and was offered creamers/milk for free. Standard tasting. They have almond milk. More than I expected for the airport!

Ridiculous.
There is one item on the menu for coffee: coffee.

I said I’d like two coffees. She got me two coffees so then I said you’re out of creamer/half/half on the side.
The lady who poured the coffees at the back slapped the counter, then said, you said just coffee.
Then I said fine, I’ll “pay” for the milk/ creamer. She said no, you can’t. It’s not possible. Because she couldn’t input it into the machine.

I said, “I see the half n half right behind the counter.
