“The Great” kitchen and grill

Guy at the counter absolutely sucks horribly. Shouldn't be allowed to have any type of contact with customers AT ALL.

This kitchen is inside the Texaco station. Basically they have, arepas tacos and other lunch type food items. They have hotdog , pizza and other sandwich items. The drink you can get as part of the convenience store. Which they have energy drinks, yogurt, protein bars etc. You can get cafe Americano, cortadito , espresso , colada and other coffee/cafe items. The prices are very good. Its definitely worth a shot

We went to celebrate our sixth wedding anniversary. When we were shown our table there were red rose petals on the table and a hand written card to us wishing a happy anniversary. Our server was amazing, not only knew the menu and could answer our questions with no problem, she was incredibly friendly.

Exceptional dining experience as always, not cheap but hey, only live once. We were unaccustomed to the automatic 20% gratuity but once it was explained, all good. My wife enjoys lobster on her birthdays, she said this one was the best so far, Nova Scotia I believe. The rose petals on the table for her birthday was a welcome surprise. The flaming beef medallions were to die for. Valet parking was effortless.

Have been to El Gaucho many times in the past but not recently. Steak was not good quality and way overpriced for what had traditionally been a sure thing. I would pass on recommending to others.

The food was superb, the presentation perfect. I found the wait staff impersonal, stiff. I notified restaurant in advance that two birthdays were being celebrated. Not even cupcakes with candles were given for the celebrants.

The food was amazing. The sides were rich but not greasy, the meat was tender and perfectly cooked. We were there celebrating our wedding anniversary and the staff was great in helping us celebrate with a kind card and rose petals on the table.

The food was wonderful. The service was excellent. The only negative review was that I ordered a Mojito and it didn't have mint leaves in it. Everything else was wonderful including the cross petals and card recognIzing our anniversary!

We were there for birthday dinner. it was a special birthday because my daughter in law was celebrating her 30th birthday. We had my granddaughters both eleven and my granddaughter who is seven months. Dad and Mom had a special time and Grandpa was having a ball watching the little girls marvel at the special evening and the Banana's Flamb'e and the cherries jubilee. It was a fun evening with great service.

My birthday celebration for six was an enjoyable one! From the valet parking to the exceptional professionalism of all of the staff it was a wonderful evening. Thank you for the warm cookies we found in our car !

Great food and service as usual. Be aware though - they now automatically add a 20% "service charge" on all bills, regardless of the size of your party. This will definitely impact the amount of times we choose to come here going forward. Its an unacceptable level on top of an already over-priced menu. We'll still return for occasional special event dinners, but we'll probably be even more selective now of what we order to keep costs down.

Always the very best steaks and food !!! but recent automatic 20% gratuity is insulting and since I usually tip more than that i did not in this case give any extra I dont know why they started this? I dont know how much they were losing to people that dont tip but I cant imagine anyone not giving a gratuity at such an establishment They risk losing customers on principle

I expected better. I ordered the filet special and the meat was tough, gristle filled, and flavorless. I have had significantly better filets that melt in your mouth, and can be cut with a butter knife., The use of the steak knife was sadly needed to hack through Safeway grade beef. My wife had the halibut and that was excellent. The sides were very good. A steakhouse that serves lousy steak - inexcusable. Not a place I will return to or recommend.
