This was my second visit to a Habit after one near DC back in April of 2023. It once again didn’t disappoint. Got my food quickly and it was good once I got it!!

One burger was made wrong, fries are cold and soggy now every thing else is cold waiting for the burger to get remade worse $35 I have ever spent on food never again. Tea was literally plain water (oops we made it wrong) Go any where else but here. Not even busy now I know why.

RIDICULOUS, they charge 60 cents per sauce. I.e. honey mustard, etc. When other similar restaurants give it to you for free!

Habit is losing respect for its customers. The outdoor chair's are always dirty with pigeon droppings. Every time I visit, there are one or two homeless individuals with large bags or even a shopping cart who sit there for hours, either sleeping or using their phones. Additionally, for the past two weeks, there has been an unbearable noise from a broken kitchen fan, which management seems to ignore, despite the impact on employees working in those conditions. While the food is good and the staff is friendly, these issues are too significant to overlook and are detracting from the overall experience.

Decent burger. Not exactly what I though it would taste like though. Y’all check it out.
One of the best burgers you can try. The atmosphere is relaxing and cozy especially with the 60s and 80s cafe music they play with outdoor windows giving you a nice street view. However employees often are not too happy to serve you leaning to a break in the experience, not a deal breaker but keep it in mind, you may prefer to order your meal yourself from the booths instead. Happy Char👋🏻
Vegetarian options: They offer an Impossible burger which is a nice touch for vegan people and Tempura Green beans too
Dietary restrictions: Every burger can be customized for allergies and dietary needs
Parking: Plenty of space. Keep in mind it's shared with adjacent businesses, like Crumbl.
Kid-friendliness: Have a fairly nice Kids Meal🥰
Wheelchair accessibility: There are Handicap parking spaces and restaurants have wheelchair accommodations.

First and last time to order!! Worst service ever. I arrived to the curbside pickup spot and placed my order; after 10 mins received a message it’s ready. I let them know I was there and 20 mins after that NO ONE showed up!!! I had my kid sleeping in the car tried calling and no one even answering!
After 25 mins waiting in car I had to take my kid and go inside and the server said “OH SORRY I DIDN’t SEE THAT YOU’RE WAITING”!!
Literally my order was the only one on shelf for pick up and then what! After I left I realized she placed and gave me an empty drink cup!! Napkins placed on top of the fries and soaked in oil!
Certainly not ordering from them again!
