I ordered The Hala Guys a week ago, and tried to pick up my order. After I arrived, the staff called Caesar told me they are out of electricity in the kitchen. So they weren't able to cook anything. He told me to call him later to ask for a refund. I called The Hala Guys, the same store, but no one responds and shot an Email to customer service there is no response. I just want my money back!

BEST customer service. While picking up my food - I forgot to take my two drinks with me. I called the restaurant and asked to hold my drinks - instead Tarek offered to deliver them to my place. In few minutes he was there and even added two cookies. This is outstanding service from an employee that cares for his business. I highly recommend this place.

Great location. Walked in and the place was empty. Two workers saw me as I entered and didn't greet or say a word to me. Probably why the place is empty.As soon as I told the guy what I wanted he replied it would be a wait which is fine, but then they didn't even start on my order. Food/taste was terrible! This place should make food for animals instead. Expensive, not worth it. Will not return!

Staff was very rude, arrived at 8:35 pm and the lady serving told me they were already closed when there’s a notice in the door that says they open until 9 pm. Terrible customer service.
I live in the Brickell area and I don’t know what it is about Halal Guys, maybe the special white sauce yet, I always get the same thing! Tarek is always around and always making sure everything is fresh and ready to go in a timely matter. Great spot to pick up so quick and good food. ❤️ THANKS TO THE WHOLE STAFF! ❤️

The service here is terrible. I ordered online and when I got to the store to pick up, two employees were sitting down chatting. They had not even started on the order. Then one of the items I ordered on their website was no longer available. I should not have to find out as I'm picking up in the store that an item I paid for is not available. The woman working told me to "come back tomorrow" to get the missing item. What a waste of time. The food itself is mediocre and the restaurant does not look clean. Dealing with the management issues is beyond frustrating and not worth the hassle.
