I ordered The Hala Guys a week ago, and tried to pick up my order. After I arrived, the staff called Caesar told me they are out of electricity in the kitchen. So they weren't able to cook anything. He told me to call him later to ask for a refund. I called The Hala Guys, the same store, but no one responds and shot an Email to customer service there is no response. I just want my money back!

Stopped here for lunch the other day, I love a good gryo and I was excited to order the chicken pita. The girl behind the counter and the other guy working there were very friendly and helpful. I usually like to have lamb gyros but this place only had a beef or chicken option. The pita and salad were fresh and delicious, I absolutely loved the hot sauce. I like hot lava spicy and this sauce was perfect for me. The white sauce was just OK, I like more of a tangy flavor but it wasn't bad. Unfortunately the star of my gyro the chicken was not as tasty as the other ingredients. I noticed the whole grill was full of chicken cooking when I ordered so maybe I got yesterday's and I could taste that it wasn't fresh. Not sure if I would go back but, that hot sauce might make me want to give them another go.

We had a wonderful experience here. They were so clean and respectful of the fact that I am vegetarian. In fact the man working actually anticipated that I was because I ordered a falafel sandwich so he could warm up my pita separate from the meat. This truly beats the long lines from NYC Halal Guys street cart, but obviously it is more of a restaurant experience. Same GREAT taste and food. More cleanliness. I highly recommend the white and red sauce combo (red sauce is super spicy! And I say this as a brown person!). Their hummus is incredible too, and they will warm up the pita bread for you to go with it. Of course the prices in miami are going to be a bit more expensive than a street cart in NYC, but overall it is very reasonable. Can't wait to go back!

BEST customer service. While picking up my food - I forgot to take my two drinks with me. I called the restaurant and asked to hold my drinks - instead Tarek offered to deliver them to my place. In few minutes he was there and even added two cookies. This is outstanding service from an employee that cares for his business. I highly recommend this place.

Great location. Walked in and the place was empty. Two workers saw me as I entered and didn't greet or say a word to me. Probably why the place is empty.As soon as I told the guy what I wanted he replied it would be a wait which is fine, but then they didn't even start on my order. Food/taste was terrible! This place should make food for animals instead. Expensive, not worth it. Will not return!

The term customer service doesn’t apply in this place, I already feel bad about ordering then eating your sweaty meats, the attitude doesn’t make the meal taste any better

I just have to say every time I go to Halal guys Terrick is so nice and accommodating, he always greets you first thing. He make sure he delivers good quality food. I always have a great experience. It's just a great neighborhood spot!
