I wanted to send a tray of lasagna to some friends up in Fort Lauderdale, and that’s outside their service area, but they told me to use Uber courier and it worked out perfectly. Great communication for when to schedule the pickup, they went above and beyond. And I heard the lasagna was really good!

The food is excelent. The fact that your order needs to be fullfilled a week before, is a bit inconvenient, although I understand the rationale of scheaduling ahead of time. The delivery is not very reliable. I ordered 4 times and 2 of them weren't delivered the day scheduled. Last time was for weather conditions, which I understand, the other time was an internal mistake. The platform to order is not friendly, and when I filled the box for allergies to include information to request something like a substitution, they didn't see it and told me to call them next time, which I will but the ideal would be for them to read the requests done through the platform. I think they have a great concept and very good and healthy food, prepared with high quality ingredients, but they should improve the customer experiemce throughthe platform to keep more clients and increase their business.

I can't thank The Healthy Kitchen enough for their amazing service! I ordered their balanced meals for my dad after his surgery, as he had lost his appetite and didn't know how to cook for himself. My Dad is very picky, so I spent a lot of time searching for the right meal delivery service, and The Healthy Kitchen truly exceeded my expectations. The meals arrived exactly as scheduled, and the best part is that my dad absolutely loved them! He even texted me to thank me, saying that in just 2-3 minutes, he was able to enjoy a delicious, home-cooked meal. It’s been such a relief knowing that he’s eating well and enjoying his food again.
