Very disappointing. The service was just fine. The food was below average. We don't recommend this place and it was not cheap. Tourist trap
Tutto ottimo veramente consigliato per chi vuole gustare carne argentina a Miami. Ottimo anche il buffet di antipasti misti e il dolce incluso nel prezzo
The ambience and service was excellent. The two wait staff we had of Nelson and Julio was outstanding and very attentive to my family. The being said the food was much less than expected. While the salad/antipasto bar was really good, the main course was only ok at best. Taking a plate and walking to a window where you had to awkwardly look down over a cramped counter to a grill to choose your meal was not a great process. Also it was noisy and the grillers spoke too fast so we had to ask them several times what kind of meat was there. There should be a list of the meats with pictures on the wall or at least near the counter to help us with figuring out was there and what to get. Or better yet a few carving stations set up with a menu as you walk with your plate. Next we could not tell what meats were hot or lukewarm warm and the grillers did not just warm up the food unless we asked. Some of my family received cold/ barely warm chicken and pork loin, food should have been hotter. Speaking of the pork loin, it was barely warm and very dry, not very good. The pork ribs gotten on my second trip while I asked to have make hot and were turned 4 times within literally 15 seconds, were still warm not hot and also dry, not much taste or seasoning to them. Lastly we asked if they had filet mignon, the cooks said we would have to order it at the table and would take awhile to cook which at that point we did not order, ugh! With a few simple tweaks the main food can be so much better, but it needs adjustment to the food process and food prep. Two of my family got deserts which were very good...all in all with the high expectations I had for this dinner, The Knife missed terribly on the main course which was the main expectation!
I am writing to express my disappointment with my recent dining experience at your restaurant. We paid for two all-you-can-eat meals, but the meat was dry and cold. Unfortunately, the vegetables were burnt and also served cold. When we asked for hot food, we were surprised by the response: "Oh, do you want me to stick it in the microwave? What do you expect? We’re busy." This was very disappointing. Additionally, one of the employees used the restroom and did not wash their hands. When I spoke to the manager about it, they mentioned that the employee probably washed them in the kitchen. Overall, it was a very disappointing experience to spend so much money on food that we didn’t even eat. I hope these issues can be addressed to improve the dining experience for future customers. Bonjour repas pas terrible viande trop cuite entre horrible vin horrible pour le prix du restaurent vis mieux aller ailleurs je déconseille ce restaurent
We came several times to this restaurant . It is great to meet as a group since everyone dines whatever they like and helps themselves whenever they want. The food selection is big, for all tastes and you eat at your pace, you are not been rushed. A couple in our group are vegetarians so they just had the salad bar buffet, while some others are meat lovers and were very pleased just going to the grill. I recommend going early since the meats selections get reduced as you get later.
Had a lovely meal, plenty to choose from. You won't go home hungry. Alefo our waiter was amazing, could not do enough for us. Guys cooking meats amazing service, all staff friendly.
Mi experiencia no fue buena tuvimos un trato muy bueno y especial pero la comida muy mala las carnes dura y muy pocas variedades de todo con muy mala elaboración
Terrible food. No choices and terrible quality. Waste of money and besides the location don't know why anyone would go here
Went for sisters birthday they sang and brought her a dessert and her meal was free with a party of three or more. Waiter was very attentive and food was amazing. Definitely worth the trip

This isn't the restaurant it used to be. We went at 3 pm, food was cold, they warm up everything that was already in the grill, so no fresh meat, I didn't enjoy and for that price I could have gone to a Rodizio, it was very disappointing. Dessert was good and the server was good but the service in the grill the younger kid wasn't too happy to be there. Unfortunately this is it. Last time we will go there
When in Miami, downtown, and you're with people who have never been to a Brazilian steakhouse, then The Knife is a nice deal. While you do have to go to the grill and select your meats from the cooks, it's essential to know precisely what you'd like and the desired temperature. Otherwise, you'll fill up on medium-well or well-done meat. The salad bar is nice, and the view over the harbor is lovely. I gave it three stars simply because it doesn't compare to other places like Fogo de Chao or Texas de Brazil.
Amazing value and loads of options. I'm the heart of Bayside Market. Something for everyone.
Salad bar was fresh and excellent. Many delicious options. Meat was good but they do want to overcook it. We like our meat medium rare but many of the diners there prefer medium well. We had to tell them to pull it off the grill so the meat would not get overcooked. Also, the more expensive cuts of meat were not readily available. No Filet, No Entrana (skirt steak) and no Tira de Asado (Miami Ribs). My wife asked about the ribs and was able to get some after an over 20 minute wait!
Salad bar sucked, meat selection sucked, “free” wine they gave you sucks. Everything, other than our server, sucked! Never waste my money here again.
