They have what it takes for sure but I've also owned a restaurant before;And what they don't understand is customer service is everything.Even if the food is good.You have to have someone who cares about the customer at the register who cares about the.Not talking like a robot and actually engaging.You have to smile ?.No one needs to be at the register with an idgaf type attitude.Regardless of what.Thats very important because they smile at Trick Daddys restaurant

I specifically asked the pretty red-haired cashier to add extra crab to my seafood rice. I even gave her a tip even though she ain't doing nothing special other than her duties. She aint waitressing, so she was really undeserving of a tip, but I gave her 1 because she was sexy.My issue is her fine self told me when she handed me the seafood rice: "The extra crab is in the middle." I get home and eat my seafood rice with no crab at all! Honestly, I barely come to the licking anymore. Overpriced & overrated. They couldn't even get a simple seafood rice order right ?. I knew I should have went to pollo tropical instead!!!!

Their food is really tasty don’t get me wrong BUT, their food got me sick. This is not the first time me or someone in my home gets sick from their food. Either they are not following protocol or someone’s hygiene in the kitchen is bad because I’ve literally had a fever and throwing up since yesterday. Please be safe guys ! I’m dying at home rn ??

Today was my first time here & it was a horrible experience. There was only 1 waitress & she was rude. It took long as ever to receive our food & it wasn't even good. They didn't serve me what I asked for & the waitress was rude when I told her she messed up my order & then tried to charge me for an extra side. The chicken breast I ordered they chopped up like I'm a child ( I did not ask for that), the onions & peppers weren't cooked enough & I did not even eat my food. There was no sense of accommodation & absolutely do not recommend this place.

First time coming to this establishment, and will be returning. Drinks were mixed perfectly. The seasonings on all the food was perfect. Shout out to our cooks; Unc and Steve. And especially to our server Sug (happy birthday). DEFINITELY A GO TO SPOT.

Takes way too long for your food even if you order on line or go in person. Was told 10 to 15 minutes for some fish tacos and it took 40 minutes.
