I ordered the BBQ pulled pork sandwich… this was so dry lacking bbq sauce and flavor I had to ask for extra bbq sauce and she just gave it to me on the side… save your money don’t go here

I’m really not sure why there are bad reviews or what people were expecting. This is a casual dining experience in the heart of Wynwood with great smoked burgers! I had the Gouda burger and fries- it was delicious.

Terrible service
Service is trash here, went to this place with friends during the night and asked for the bathroom they said I needed to buy and my friends were in the line to get some drinks, still the guy at the register came to me and said “You go over there” pointing at my friends.. I said I needed to use the bathroom and he said again “no you go back over there” and then proceed to push me to the front.. we are talking about burgers and fries that are not even good and you treat customers like this? Save your money guys.

I used to like coming here and I thought they had pretty decent burgers. I recently went because they were part of burger week and I was left so disappointed. First off, the staff looked like they didn't want to be there. It was even packed or busy. They look like they were annoyed to take our orders. Now, for the burger. Don't know why you would participate in burger week if all you're gonna hand out is rubber drenched in watery guava sauce and put it between 2 buns. This meat was chewy and burnt. What a way to put your reputation on the line. Never coming here again.

The cashier was disengaged and talking on her phone the whole time while chewing gum. Picking fries and snacking in front of everyone. Not mentioning names because I don’t anyone to lose their job but. I was also the only order and it took 15 minutes for a side of smoked Mac and cheese

I was really looking forward to trying this restaurant, but unfortunately, my meal was a letdown. I ordered a burger and a side of wings, both of which were far from satisfactory. The burger was burnt to a crisp, making it tough and nearly inedible. It wasn't just slightly overdone; it was charred beyond recognition, which completely ruined the flavor.
The wings weren't any better. They were so overcooked that the meat was dry and stringy, almost like they had been forgotten in the kitchen. What should have been juicy and flavorful was tough and flavorless. Even the sauce on the wings couldn't mask how overdone they were.
I was hoping for a delicious meal, but I left disappointed. The quality of food did not meet expectations, and it's unlikely I'll return or recommend this place to others. A real shame, as I had high hopes based on other reviews.
