Vibey place, casual, delicious food and most importantly great service. My boyfriend and I had people constantly taking care of the table, super friendly. We had the wedge salad, the bacon burger and then pepperoni pizza. Oh my god. Let me tell you… the flavor was crazy good. Highly recommend. Will be back

Im absolutely devastated to say that my all time favorite place on earth has died. They closed for renovations a few months back and when I heard they reopened my heart leaped out of my chest. This place felt like home. Dimly lit, sexy, live music, the most amazing food and the BEST happy hour in Miami. I’m sorry to say that everything that made this place stand out has been thrown out.
They no longer offer live music. If you didn’t get to experience The Gibson Room during a live jazz night, I’m so sorry. The absolute best happy hour menu, completely gone. They don’t even offer food on the happy hour menu anymore and they’ve jacked up the food prices for nothing special. They used to offer an $8 HH burger that would knock your socks off and don’t even get me started on some of the most mouth watering baked oyster on the planet. They’ve traded their staples for what, an $18 burger and some Miami Slice Pizza. Really really not worth it.
It’s also worth noting that the place smells of sewage now. Im sure that will change with time and is a result of the renovations but coupled with the rest of the changes its just devastating.
It’s also weird that they have not updated their website despite having been open for over a month. Still shows as closed and still shows the same menu items they had before on their website.
I’d like to say that the staff has stayed just as amazing. Friendly, knowledgeable and attentive.
It’s really sad to say that what was once my favorite place, unique, charming, romantic and different, has traded all that made it special for the same old, cookie cutter, nothing special vibe that most Miami bars adopt.

I always look at the menu before reserving. I know the fine print says subject to change, BUT it was literally 90% different. When I asked server, she says they change menu every week. For example... these are the items listed on menu on Open Table that were not there when I arrived: stuffed dates, escargot, Cesear salad, scallops, lemon tart, toffee cake, beet salad, and a host of other things. I ended up just sharing an appetizer w my husband and having a drink (espresso martini; good). That's it. I didn't eat dinner because I didn't like anything on the new menu!!!!!!

The drinks are expertly crafted, making it a great spot for an evening out. The wine list, while decent, could be more extensive. However, the food menu is where things get a bit complicated—while creativity is appreciated, some dishes feel overly experimental, sacrificing flavor for concept. Sometimes, less is more when it comes to a great dining experience. Nonetheless, it’s a stylish place for drinks and socializing, but the food could use some fine-tuning.
