I always look at the menu before reserving. I know the fine print says subject to change, BUT it was literally 90% different. When I asked server, she says they change menu every week. For example... these are the items listed on menu on Open Table that were not there when I arrived: stuffed dates, escargot, Cesear salad, scallops, lemon tart, toffee cake, beet salad, and a host of other things. We love the GIBSON! Staff is attentive professional and friendly. We always enjoy our date nights at the bar and for dinner. Love the music lineup! Keep doing what you do - Miami is lucky to have you!
We had penicillin, mojito and the vixen drinks. We reordered all of them, sooo good. We tried the oysters tamales en cazuela, meat and potatoes appetizers. They were all very tasty. We had the fish and chips, burger, and chicken entrées. My favorite was the burger. The live music was really good.
