Our experience was ruined by the behavior of our waitress, Jennifer. Her demeanor was cold and unpleasant from the very beginning — long before we raised any concerns. She seemed irritated by simple questions, gave visible side glances, and made us feel like we were inconveniencing her just by being there.
When we later asked about canceling an entrée that hadn’t even been served after a 45-minute wait, her attitude only escalated. Instead of handling the situation professionally, she was dismissive and blatantly spoke to other staff members about us while standing close enough for us to notice.
At no point did we raise our voices or behave disrespectfully. We simply expected basic courtesy and professionalism — especially at this price point. Unfortunately, what we received was condescension and indifference

Terrible service waiters hostess took over an hour half to seat by the time we seated half the menu wasn't available anymore took half hour to get a menu and water from waiter for the price was completely terrible and had a mediocre pianist

Reservation was at 8:45, and Didn't leave til 10:45. Appetizers and drinks were quick. Not sure what was going on in the kitchen, but they took an hour to give us our pasta. Entree took another 30 minutes. In my experience, when I'm willing to spend money on fine dining you would expect, bag hangers for the lady, a lamp on the table so we're able to see the menu and understanding it was packed, at least some space to move my feet, or privacy. We felt crowded, and saw others arrive after us get their 4 courses within the hour or two but three hours was pushing it. I'm very sorry to my waiter I understand it is not his fault, but the kitchen and bar should've had better communication given the prices and occasion. Another thing I had two different waiters bring me the same drink I didn't order twice. Filet mingon had no seasoning, sea bass was okay and I would've liked to know that it was one pasta for both, It was not mentioned anywhere on the menu or online that was the case.

This restaurant is very nice decorated with excellent music, our server was very attentive and friendly, the food was good and the old fashioned from the bar too, I would recommend this place.

Reserved online but got there and no reservation was found. The place was completely empty with only another couple eating. They didn’t have 5 items from the menu. Ordered an old fashion, was given 2 options of alcohol, picked one, then was told they were out of that too. Ordered a second drink and had to remind the bartender I ordered a second drink. Just an all around weird experience. The shrimp smelled so fishy. Nothing seemed fresh. They are clearly struggling. The girl bartender was nice. That’s about it.
Great place to go if your looking to have a good time food is incredible the ambiance and most of all the service is top tier thanks to Giorgio and Cristal for taking care of us and helping us with our cocktail and wine selection

The Moon was an amazing experience. The staff was so sweet and accommodating for my birthday dinner, and my food was cooked to perfection. We also received a private tour of Prive during their soft opening which is a vibe for events and gatherings.
