The night was great until the end! We ordered 6 glasses of veuve at menus price of 22 per glass. We got the bill and payed and realized we were charged over 30$ per glass! When we asked our server she said sorry that's inflation. We immediately asked for a manager. No one could really give a clear explanation of the overcharge. The manager offered one free glass at the rooftop bar. But we were hassled and made to feel bad over the free drink by the bartender . He demanded a credit card to give the drink as there policy was to put a hold on your card we argued for a moment and refused . What a joke!!! Walked out with no drink and overcharged! This was our 2nd time there and it totally ruined the experience for our friends who we brought for the first time. We drove all the way from fort meyers to see this show! And I personally think it was there last night open until the remodel. They were making it where they could. We will not be back! Amber Joy and the other entertainers were wonderful as always and kind. The show was great, but the drink service was terrible .
This place was amazing the shows was amazing the food was soo delicious and full of flavor I will be coming back 🥰
We attended the Mother's Day show and had an amazing time, the show was exceptional, and the food was delicious! The ambiance was perfect for the occasion, and we genuinely enjoyed ourselves. However, I do want to mention that the menu was a bit misleading. Although the cost was listed as per person, our table had to share certain items, which was unexpected. Also, only two of the dessert options listed on the menu were actually available. We also purchased pictures from the event photographer with the promise of receiving them digitally, but we haven't received them yet. Overall, it was a beautiful experience, but a bit more clarity on the menu and follow-through with the photos would have made it perfect.
I went for Brunch on Mother's Day, the AC was broke, was very hot in the restaurant. No one was there to greet me at the door. The food was mid. Nothing to brag about.
If you're craving a night that stimulates all the senses, Dinner & Cabernet at The Moon delivers in the most tantalizing way. From the moment you walk in, the ambiance wraps around you like velvet — sultry lighting, moody jazz, and a vibe that promises indulgence. The show itself flirts with the line between art and fantasy, weaving bits of erotic elegance into a performance that's both daring and mesmerizing. It's not just entertainment — it's an experience that pulls you in, holds you close, and leaves you breathless. The food? Divine. Each course was a masterclass in flavor and presentation — rich, indulgent, and unforgettable. The cocktails were equally impressive, crafted with precision and served with flair. Whether you're sipping a smoky bourbon blend or a floral gin infusion, every drink complements the evening's sensual rhythm. Dinner & Cabernet at The Moon is more than dinner and a show — it's a vibe, a journey, and an escape. If you're looking to be swept away for a night of culinary pleasure and provocative performance, this is the place to be.
Our time at Moon was a really great experience. We were seated promptly and our food was cooked to perfection. The show was amazing and did not disappoint. The lead server Georgia was awesome and handled us with the same service as VIP. Will definitely visit again.
Great environment! Look up show times before coming. Food was good but drinks a little over priced for basics.
We loved the Moon! I absolutely love concepts where there is entertainment during dinner. The show started around 9:45 and went for about an hour. Such a variety! There was a host who was an awesome singer, very charismatic, and interacted with the crowd. Then a super sexy guy came out dressed like a sailor and did a whole acrobatic routine on a hanging hoop. The whole place was packed with ladies and my husband after the first male dancer was like "wait, is this just basically a male revue?" But next a sexy lady came out and did an awesome routine with this crazy hat. It was classy but also really fun, sexy, lively, just perfect! The 3 performers then took turns doing performances. Very very loud nightclub vibes so don't expect to be having a lot of dinner convo, but I came with just my husband and we could talk to each other fine. The food & drinks were all great and our waitress was very attentive and brought everything out with impeccable timing. Dress to impress and come here for a great time! The booking process is a little confusing - make sure you book a night that shows it as an Experience. You'll have to reserve with a credit card, but it's just in case you no-show. Once you get your bill after dinner, there will be a $25/per person entertainment charge. Totally worth it!!
This place was not a good ambiance. To begin with when booking you don't see the extra charge for entertainment and they tell you when you arrive at the door. $35 per person, the waiters are unpleasant. The front as well..when called for the manager he had an attitude because he realized when I told him. That people have to click around (3-4 times) to see the extra charge instead of being on the front where you book. Good thing we were able to book st Mayami last minute. We left..horrible experience customer service terrible, food over priced here. Non welcoming.
I booked my reservation in advance and showed up to them being overbooked and not being able to sit at a table.

Came here for Valentine's Day with my best friend. It started rocky but the manager quickly came out to address issues of reservation time due to performance in the evening and OpenTable not making customers aware. This was fixed and my sister and I were attended to in the best way possible after. The food and drinks were great. And this is one of the cutest places in Miami! My best friend was upset to start but The Moon staff turned her frown upside down which I will forever be grateful for!
Booking this place one month in advance to celebrate my sister's birthday also considering it's Valentine's Day was for 8pm. Firstly, we waited outside taking pictures as one person told the two hostess's in the front (male & female) that we are here, however since we are waiting for 2 more guests to arrive.. the female hostess told her to wait until every guest arrive and that the seating is at 7pm & 10pm anyways. It was very misleading and confusing situation that they would not seat us & until 9:30 we asked the manager's help to accommodate us. He was at least nice enough to have us by the bar & we enjoyed some drinks before we realized we weren't going to be seated at all. We are all Miami natives & we agreed despite the mixed reviews that the food is nasty.. so was the service!! The man in the front was being passive aggressive, rude & the woman was mentioning that the dinner will be $125 + $25 for the show as if it was going to scare us off. Literally booking on OPEN TABLE, the menu is available for you to see, nothing new to Vday menus in Miami. We mentioned that OPEN TABLE says the table is available for 2 hours but the hostess said “oh I have to change that, it's an hour” insinuating we missed our mark for table seating. We had a glance at the show, it was cool but again.. it's Miami there's so much more aesthetically pleasing & brunch dinner shows. Word of mouth is still in the promotion business & we all had a bad experience.
Horrible experience. No show!! Waitress took our order. Never came back. Food was decent. Not worth the price if there is no show
As soon as we entered hostess said you will be staying for 2 hours maximum. They are focused on more on money making not on customer's satisfaction.Servant's attempted to pick up plates without asking-which was frustrating. Overcharged for everything. Will never go there.
I had such an amazing time here for my bday. The vibes, the show and staff were all immaculate. Very pricey but it is Miami.
