Based on online imagery, the food appears appetizing. However, my recent order, costing $21, was incomplete. Furthermore, as an online order, I was directed by the hostess to retrieve the food items from the kitchen, requiring me to navigate the dining area full of customers. A more efficient system for online pick up is recommended. While I am willing to pay for quality food, a $20 charge for two eggs is excessive. Overall, I was significantly dissatisfied with my experience.

Daniella is the best server in your restaurant. Totally satisfied every time I come here to eat. Friendly, kind & knowledgeable with the service. Unfortunately, I will not return to your restaurant, everything is watered down , ketchup, coffee, Tabasco , and your menu does not reflect current prices for eggs . $20 per egg is very very excessive. This will be my last visit your pancake house.

I’m honestly shocked — I paid $8 for a tiny cup of orange juice that’s literally smaller than my hand (see photo). I expected something fresh, cold, and at least a decent size, but this was disappointing in every way. It came in a basic Styrofoam cup, not even filled all the way, and it looked like something you’d get for free at a kid’s soccer game.
This is not worth the price at all, and I genuinely feel ripped off. I would really appreciate a refund or at least an explanation for why this costs so much. Totally unacceptable.
