The food over all hit the spot. Very flavorful and hearty. The waitress on the other hand was more interested in sitting in another tables party and talking with them. Never came to refill the cups which were placed on the end of the table to let her know but nothing.

Loved the pancakes! Portions are generous, and the unlimited coffee refills are definitely a big plus. The service was excellent and super friendly. The only downside is that the bathrooms are shared.

I ordered the egg Benedict’s and I’m sad to say they were subpar. The “hollandaise” sauce was a big dollop of butter, not at all hollandaise. And the presentation was not great either.
However, the granny’s pancakes (the ones that take 30 minutes) were delicious!
Do not get the “hollandaise” eggs 🤢

The last time I came here, I was given incredible service. I returned hoping for that same level of customer service, as well as food quality, however I was met with disappointment. Every waitress looked lost, as if they didn't know how to do their job, and despite my meal being good, I never received the refill that I asked for twice. My waitress, I don't remember the name, but she was young, had long hair, and was chubby, looked like she didn't even want to be there. Everytime she came to the table she didn't even have the etiquette to ask how we were doing, or if we needed anything. And when I'd ask for something, she wouldn't bring it or we'd have to remind her over and over. I don't think I'll be coming back here again, this place is a complete disaster.
