I wish I could say better things about this place but the service was not great and it took very long. Maybe I didn't realize it was a takeout/ delivery only place because there were a lot of pick up etc but the service for sit down was weird I felt like they didn't want me there. As far as the food goes it was fine. Nothing super exciting but good spot for a lunch with healthy alternatives. I will say the Miami spice was very hearty and I added chicken so it ends up getting kind of pricey but I'm general it was good. The pizza was fine, a cauliflower crust but I think it's something you can pick up the crust at Trader Joe's or something. I'd probably go back for the bowls but I'd just do take out for a quick lunch in a pinch. I wish they would improve a little and maybe make the space more welcoming because I think the idea is great and it's needed in the area. If the service was better and more welcome everything would have been fine.

I did a take out order! And wow - what a great idea that was. Fresh, tasty options. The options are all approachable, bur have their own special flair that set them apart. Like the Buddha bowl has a kale slaw that has this great dressing on it. I didn't even need any additional sauce - but the peanut dressing they make is fantastic. Order an empanada- flaky in all the right places!

I got the vegan pizza and was blown away. I eat gf and it's hard to find a healthy alternative, also I come from the land of pizza-I got the vegan mushroom, crust is unbelievably thin and crispy, flavors all came together. Server was kind/pleasant...it was overall a positive experience. Note this is not fast food so if you're super hungry and cannot wait order ahead.

Second delivery order. This time I tried the wild salmon wrap. It was very tasty, fresh and of high quality. I also tried the veggie empanada. It had a flavorful buttery shell and had healthy greens inside. The pizza in this order was good again. This place has decent pricing for the quality food and healthier ingredient options.

Highly recommend the Real Food Cafe. Their space is very light, very high ceilings and good energy. We got the salmon burger which they make in house, the avocado toast with truffle cashew cream cheese, the impossible meat super tostada nachos, and the full body workout smoothie. We loved everything, each item has super fresh and healthy ingredients, and you can tell the restaurant prides itself on making food right. The Academy that does that cooking classes is in the same space, and we could overhear the class going on and it sounded like a great time.
Addicted to the chicken wrap, will drive through rush hour traffic and past 30+ phony health food restaurants to have the clean & delicious food offered here.Usually on the emptier side for dining in, so a great spot to relax and unwind or catch up with a friend for a sec on their patio when the weather is nice. Customer service A+.

FOOD: Green empanda: flavors reminded me of a spinokapita with a flaky crust Impossible meat picadillo empanadas: extremely tasty! It's on the sweeter side which is a personal taste preference. miami spice bowl with impossible meat: I am converted. I have always been skeptical of impossible meat, but I couldn't even tell this wasn't meat. It was a good size bowl and all the flavors worked well together. Honestly reminded me of a less sodium version of chipotle. cauliflower crust bbq chicken pizza: This was my first time trying a cauliflower crust and I loved it! It was thin and flavorful and a good way to sneak in more veggies. 100% would recommend this if you like bbq flavored stuff. The crust was also sturdy enough to hold onto the toppings without falling apart (also what I was worried about when I heard it's a cauliflower crust). If you only get one thing, get a pizza. very berry farm: No added sugar and all fruit. As someone who tries to eat more whole foods and less added sugar, this was amazing. It wasn't too sweet or too tart. AMBIANCE: Casual eatery for either a quick smoothie or a whole healthy meal. MISC: they have adult and kid cooking classes here! Such a great date idea. They focus on creating healthier and more nutritional ways of cooking your favorite foods. Also plenty of parking which is always a plus. SERVICE: The staff are so nice!!
