It’s all frozen food and tastes terrible. I think I would have rather not eaten. They also brought out my entree before my appetizer and the appetizer was still frozen. Would never ever come here again.

Great atmosphere, food is really good. Pork chop is phenomenal. Dayana did an awesome job! Kudos to her! Ask for her.

Had late night dinner here after a delayed flight. Both pork chop and burger were delicious.

Was told what the price would be $10 for my two kids to eat breakfast. That bill came back $32 with a bunch of excuses and blame on the hostess.

We decided to have dinner at the hotel restaurant, The Rickenbacker, despite some negative opinions which, fortunately, were not confirmed in reality.
The service was nice and efficient.
We liked the ordered dishes.
So our impressions are positive.

Any item off their grill tastes like burnt plastic. It’s in desperate need of a proper cleaning. Ironic that it can impart such a bad taste - the cheese on our burgers didn’t even melt, must’ve spent all of 2mins on it. Restaurant fits with the dump of a hotel that surrounds it.

Service was okay. The food was terrible. I am NOT a picky eater, but the food was bland and dry.

The staff here are amazing! Castro is very attentive, quick, and kind. The food was some of the best hotel food we’ve ever had. We got the quesadilla and chicken BLT. Highly recommend to anyone in the area even if just passing through like us.

Does not honor vouchers from the Airport. Bought an $18 burger and fries with a $12 voucher and my bill was $22. A fellow patron stated the same thing with his bill.

Mandatory 18% tip regardless if the service is good which it usually is not. Staff is hard to get any attention from at the bar no matter how long you've been waiting. Some people prefer to tip in cash.

Request for the “Well Done” All American Burger but there is a good portion of the burger that is undercooked.

First of all… they charge a mandatory 18% tip, even on a table for 1… when the service sucks!!!Secondly… I ordered my steak medium rare, they brought it well-done with not an ATTEMPT to season it… and by the time I was able to flag down a waiter I was exhausted and just wanted to go to bed so instead of remaking the steak I asked if the soup would take very long… he said 5 minutes but it took FOREVER!!! And they STILL charged me 18% gratuity!!!Thirdly, it is almost impossible to get a refill on your drink… but they STILL charge an 18% gratuity!!!Avoid this restaurant! Avoid it like the plague!!! If you DO go there… be warned that they barely season their food! Tasteless!!! Bland!!! Awful!!!
