The donuts were amazing but the person working there at the time was so rude, I believe their name was Jeremiah, they were working with a very nice gentleman but Jeremiah themselves made the atmosphere feel very negative and gave a lot of attitude when me and my family are just trying to order. It felt as if they didn’t care about our experience at all and just made the whole vibe weird. Great food though.

Do not wmeven stop here. They have changed for the worst.Today is Sunday January 18 2026 at 2:00 pm. The cashier that took my order didn't want to work. It took forever to put my order together(3items, check #103) and the coffee was really bad. The gentleman that prepared my coffee looked at me like if I killed his mother when I asked for my sandwich. Then I got a miniature 2 inch sandwich that looked like someone's left over from the garbage. It was the worst service for the worst food in miami. Both the barista and Michy should be terminated immediately. It was the worst experience ever. I dont know what happened to this place. I will never come back nor recommend it. Not to mention that it was filthy. I give them an F for failure.
Ordered delivery brand new location service n was beyond excellent 👍.

Update 😢: Unfortunately the service here has gotten so bad. The donuts are often stale. There’s no donuts at opening up until 2 hours after they open. Or the staff is just extremely unwelcoming.the last manager that was here was great but since he left the service has made us realize we unfortunately won’t be back any time soon. The donuts are good(when they aren’t stale) but there’s honestly other donut places that are specialty donuts and their service is outstanding. I would rather drive an extra 10 minutes for the service than come here and be treated so rude.
We genuinely pride ourselves in being kind to all customer service individuals. We know how hard the job is. So to be so friendly and receive unexpected nastiness, consistently is not okay.
My family’s go to cheat day! We are soooo grateful for their team! They are always so nice and communicate so well ✨💙 thank you SD!

The salty used to be better. It has been slowly going downhill. The donuts come off a bit dry and just dont hit the spot.

I wish customer service could be as sweet as salty donuts.

I did an online order for some donuts and they were DELICIOUS! They weren’t cheap - but they were so worth it. The guava and cheese was my favorite but all of them were really amazing. Such a treat.

The Salty Coffee Shop in Palm Beach is a nice, clean spot with a cozy vibe. The menu is a bit limited, so don’t expect a ton of options, but the items they do offer are made with care. The service really stands out, fast, friendly, and attentive. I accidentally left my coffee and donut on the counter, and they immediately offered to remake both so I could enjoy them fresh and hot. That said, the coffee itself was a bit too acidic for my taste. Overall, a pleasant experience, but not quite a go-to spot for me.

2nd visit here. The first time I did not purchase anything because the limited selection did not appeal to me.
This time (8 ish on a Friday night) no donuts were on display, however they had some... I got the pistachio canoli and tres leche white chocolate.
The tres Leche was dry and did not resemble anything close to tres Leche. The pistachio one was good especially slightly warmed. However the filling could have been more plentiful. I didn't reach the filling until 1/4 into the donut.
For having late hours for a donuts place, you should have a good selection of donuts. Suggestion - Take the padlock off the door (until you're ready to close up), it looks like your close and I almost did not go inside.

It’s really frustrating to never know whether this place will actually be open during business hours. I came once at 9 a.m. and the store was closed. Today, there’s a sign that says “Be back in 5 minutes” — it’s been 20, and it’s the middle of the day. Please update your hours online to accurately reflect when you’re open.

Every time I come to this location they are out of the syrups for their coffees/lattes (banana bread syrup, etc.). They don’t get enough inventory I guess. The first time I went, they were out of the syrups and I didn’t mind. The 2nd time i went they were out of syrups again. And the 3rd time they were also out of syrups. I won’t be coming back here. This place is not reliable.
Delivery services are atrocious. No where near the estimated time and you are paying for a delivery fee which they expect you to tip on top of.

Happy to know there's a location in Aventura. We no longer have to travel to Wynwood. The Salty is probably the best place for donuts in South Florida.
