The food was delicious. The atmosphere was good. The place is very clean. The service was great but slow. The staff was friendly but the food took long and the restaurant was not very busy. I do recommend the food. I had Indio Viejo and the taste was amazing 👏. Another thing is the service charge that was included. I don't like that at restaurants because this is aside from the tip. No complaints about the food. Tasty!

I went with my family a few days ago, I ordered roast beef with gallo pinto, fried plantain and cabbage salad and they don't really live up to the name of the restaurant because the gallo pinto has nothing to do with it and the cabbage salad leaves a lot to be desired.

The food at Spotted Gallo is a highlight—delicious and flavorful, with great attention to detail. The atmosphere is also lovely, creating a nice setting for a meal. However, the service didn’t quite meet expectations. While the staff was friendly, the overall service was a bit slow and inattentive. Additionally, I was not pleased to see the tip automatically included in the bill, as I prefer to determine the tip based on the service received. Despite this, the food and environment were enjoyable, and I’d consider returning with the hope that service improves.

This is a family owned business and we have followed them since their Chayito days on 8th street! Can’t wait to go back, again and AGAIN AND AGAIN!

My family and I walked in at 9pm not knowing they closed at 9pm. They sat us down and had excellent customer service. Joel was our waiter and he was extremely kind and attentive to our needs. The food was amazing!! & very quick service. 10/10 recommend and will definitely be coming back! :)
