Vanessa and Thierry’s = absolutely incredible from start to finish. People kept coming up to us and saying we had the best wedding food they’ve ever tried. Vanessa worked with us on a custom menu at our tasting and they executed perfectly. Not only that, but the service, aesthetic, and attention to detail were all top notch. If we could give 6 stars we would. I want to have another tasting just thinking about this and our wedding experience…

My husband's 70th birthday was made unforgettable through the culinary magic of Chef Thierry Isambert, that even recreated his childhood birthday cake to perfection. The entire team has impeccable attention to detail and overall service, especially Kateryna who made my decor vision a reality.

We cannot speak highly enough of the catering service provided by Thierry Isambert, particularly Vanessa, who was exceptionally attentive and supportive throughout the entire process. From the initial planning stages to the day of the event, Vanessa went above and beyond to ensure that every detail was taken care of. Working with the entire team at Thierrys was an absolute joy and pleasure. From the impeccable service to the thoughtful, delicious food and plating, they made every part of our wedding planning process and wedding night magical. We had 300 guests at Vizcaya which is a notoriously tricky venue and they went above and beyond in every way. We also wanted to honor both our Cuban and Persian heritages which they helped us incorporate beautifully into the night. It's rare to have a memorable culinary experience at a wedding but multiple of our guests came up to us to tell us how incredible the food was saying they literally licked their plates. Would choose them 100 times again-- they are the best at what they do and make you feel like family. We are eternally grateful for the care, attention and professionalism of Alina, Vanessa, Thierrry and their amazing staff.

I am a wedding planner & we worked with Vanessa & Vivian at Thierry to cater an Indian Wedding at the Biltmore. The experience with Thierry was absolutely flawless and stress free. We were working with another venue & making sure we had all the items necessary for a successful event and the Thierry team took care of everything and it was zero stress on my part.
