Thyme Machine Cafe, a must-stop in Miami, offers authentic and savory Lebanese cuisine with great food and very friendly staff. The spicy pickles are a highlight, and the man'ouche with zatar and labneh is highly recommended. The chicken shawarma wraps are delicious, made fast and taste good. Located in Brickell, it has outside seating at picnic tables and is right along the bike path, well-lit at night. There is a cute playground adjacent. The honeyed baklava is a perfect ending. The staff is excellent, patient, and kind, giving good recommendations even late at night.
