Complaint about incomplete order and lack of customer service assistance
Dear Tiagos Tacos team
I am contacting you to express my dissatisfaction with the order of tacos I received. The order, which was requested by delivery, arrived incomplete: the tacos did not include rice, beans, cheese and tomato, ingredients that I expected as indicated on the menu.
Upon realizing the omission, I called the restaurant to request a solution, but unfortunately I did not receive any help to resolve the problem. This was disappointing as my complaint was not adequately addressed nor was I offered compensation or replacement of the product.
I appreciate your attention to this situation and would appreciate any guidance on how this issue will be handled, as well as any steps that can be taken to ensure better service in the future. I am willing to provide additional details if you need them.
